A gecko in the room was quite strange for such a pretentious hotel

As for the bathroom, the sink design is odd, as it is difficult to turn off (one has to position the tap at a midpoint, which usually drips)

The hotel has an excellent location. It looks very posh from the outside. The rooms inside are quite simple but clean. The air conditioning works well. The bed is firm, but within reasonable limits

The cleaner was a sweetheart! But the reception and the door boys weren’t very helpful - no one helped me with my luggage and was just stood around on their phones

Cleanliness: After checking in, we quickly freshened up and went out for dinner. When we returned, we found a cockroach on the floor. It was disgusting! Good thing we hadn't unpacked our luggage yet

For breakfast you will enjoy the many various food from international. For lunch sorry I am not sure. And for dinner they have international buffet you can eat many food which is good

A bellhop also helped us with our luggage when we checked in. Overall, the service was quite good. Both the front desk manager and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly

Service: After we reported the cockroach, they immediately moved us to a newly renovated room downstairs. The next day, they sent a fruit platter as an apology, which was a nice gesture

The hotel lobby's side exit faces King Power Duty Free, which has over ten restaurants on its third floor open until 10 PM. We had dinner there many times, so we didn't even need to order takeout

It's a chic hotel after renovation. Concerige people can.be bit more pleasant with guest and should give information when asked. Restaurants are good.. rooms are spacious.

It's good for the exhibition hall, but it's a long way to travel to other places. The area of the standard room is narrow, there is no exhaust facility, and the temperature of the air conditioner is not controlled

A very pleasant stay with Novotel Impact, the hotel is just 3 mins walk from Impact Arena and 10 mins walk from Cosmo Bazaar. The hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is great .

We had the new rooms for the previous 2 nights and they were much better. Good hot showers, spacious, cool and quiet

There's a small night market across the street with good food; one fried rice stall has amazing 'wok hei' ( smoky, charred flavor). The hotel breakfast is also great with a wide variety, and the rooms are quite spacious

There was a very enthusiastic lady at the entrance who gave us excellent recommendations for our trip to Pattaya. She even helped us arrange transportation for the next day, which we greatly appreciated

Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit offered a luxurious and unforgettable experience for our stay. The facilities were in excellent condition. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the city

I stayed at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort during the rainy season, and I have to say — it was a great experience! Many people think that the rainy season in Thailand is not the best time to visit, but here it was absolutely fine

We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort

The room was big and clean. The price is reasonable and it is located near to Donmueang Airport. Overall was not bad.

However, the lighting in the rooms is dim and could be improved. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The bed linens and towels are crisp white. The breakfasts are excellent, with a variety of dishes and fruits
