Very good location - bungalows are great value for money..

Location is nice and quiet. But the hotel looks old and poor maintained. No wi-fi in the room (only swimming pool and lobby). Old CRT box TV. No safe Staff are friendly. Breakfast is simple, but good.

The hotel is in good location. Many restaurants in the area. There is 7-11, in front of the alley. But the room is very old and not so clean. The swimming pools is big and well care.

The environment is good. The breakfast is good. The location is good. However, the facilities need regular maintenance.

Great service and flexible arragement for the check in staff! We are a family of 9 with 4 group coming in at seperate day and timing and although they mention subj to avaliablity the counter staff was so nice to make an effort to help us arrange all the 5 room on the same floor

Showers is strong and hot and bathroom has a built in seat which am grateful for after a day of walking. Bfast buffet is well stocked, 12 F has an onsen, well equipped gym and spa complete the experience

Hotel guests get discounts on hotel restaurants and massages. Location is great- Central Rama just across via underground MRT with lots of eateries with minimal queue

Bedside has new USB-C Plug in to charge device, tablet to control aircon and lights. King size bed is two semi-dbl parked tgt so its huge but not luxurious feeling

The hotel had excellent customer service and a very good swimming pool where you could actually swim for exercise. The rooms were clean and thoroughly cleaned every day

Anyway, It's always worth paying a little extra for excellent, exclusive service. If I visit Pattaya again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The price-quality ratio was excellent

Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep

Went up to the 7th floor of Icon Siam to absorb the fantastic view of the river in the evening BUT later find out that the hotel had an even better spot right on the river bank and a closer view of the passing cruise boats

Nice hotel, clean, however there is no soundproof and you can hear the neighbors talking or doing night activities. The breakfast also could be improved and alternative milk options added

We had a ground room at block 5 and it was were very clean and hygienic. It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very rich with a wide variety of choices. The hotel is just a few steps from patong beach

Visited during right before Christmas time, all staff were wearing Christmas hats, giving a nice atmosphere, the room was clean, especially the gym was quite good for a hotel gym with plenty of different equipment.

The room smell very musty and the floor carpet looks very old and dirty. The room also look very old. The only good thing is the hotel surrounded with many amenities

All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Good location with direct access to Zeer shopping mall. The hotel quite outdated but acceptable fir a short stay.

One of the bed mattress in our room is lobsided and it is sagged. I have to insert cushions underneath so that I won't sink when l sleep. This is the bed near the toilet in room 806

Spacious room with a view of the highway. Older hotel with everything still pretty good condition. There is a 24 hour supermarket just outside with a 24 hour restaurant

Not for tourists if you look for good location

I speak highly of your service. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The most important reason was that the bed was too big and too soft, and I didn't want to get up every morning. I can't believe I have to leave

Stayed for 7 nights, spent over 8,000 RMB. The room was small, the facilities were old, and the details were just terrible – it felt so dated. The noise from the BTS and tuk-tuks outside the room was incredibly loud

By far the best location there is when it comes to shops , malls , restaurants, and even foreign cuisines like a mini K-town. The hotel is super elegant along with the staff of course always being friendly

Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat

One of the best if not the best hotel in Sukhumvit 15 very safe and reliable lovely spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing from the receptionists to the security to the cleaners everyone was amazing enjoyed my 2 weeks, definitely coming back and would highly recommend

we are so happy , and we also love the food they serve every morning in breakfast buffet. movenpick is the best choice there is also atm machines nearby and a lot of Clothes store nearby and restaurants

The view from room is fantastic to see lake and karon beach which is two minutes walk. The breakfast in the morning with open side to lake attracting us for walk and relax with good ambiance restaurant

The room facilities were decent, but it was right by the road, so it was really noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning. The beach wasn't too far though.

In the United States, this is a lower scale hotel. Here in Phuket the rooms are a little better than the United States. The service is amazing. The pools are amazing and it’s so close to the beach.

The coffee machine in the reception is a very nice addition. I had a hot chocolate after every time I went to the beach or the pool which was comforting. The hotel has a good view of Karon beach

On the other side of Karon Beach, there are more interesting places, and this side is more peaceful. If you're looking for more entertainment, consider choosing the further side of the beach

We love the body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner especially the body lotion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety western and eastern food. The restaurant can accommodate many people

They also have gym and swimming pools. This hotel is suitable for families with children and teens. It’s our fourth time to stay here. We definitely will be back soon

The locations is very convenient. It just next to MBK shopping mall. It accessible to Siam Discovery and Siam Paragon. The room is spacious, clean and neat

The legendary staff I know personally over the years are all still there, which is an excellent sign of a great Hotel Also the view can't be matched
