Room is simple and clean. We just stayed a night before heading to MHS.

good location , 7 eleven and restaurants nearby
was able to walk old town bit of walk but doable
little coffee shop right in hotel, with nice staff
self service laundry with paying coins was nice
not far from airport
no elevator but stairs not to bad

It location is good. room is simple but well maintained and clean.

It has a bathtub, a balcony, and is convenient for hanging out laundry. It has a shared dining area, and free bananas, snacks, bread, coffee, etc. The manager speaks Japanese. They also offer sightseeing tours in their own car (1,500 baht for half a day). There's a porridge shop, market, massage parlor, 7-Eleven, and ATM nearby. It's close to the airport. It's 500 baht per night, and meets all the requirements for a long-term stay. I've already booked for January 25th next year.

I stayed during a long layover. The hotel is conveniently located, a 20-minute walk from the airport and close to the old town for a stroll. The room is clean, with water, a kettle, and toiletries. The room matches the photos. The hostess is friendly. The reviews say they charge a deposit, but they didn't ask me for one. The street is quiet, and I slept well. I've made a mental note of this hotel, not only for layovers but also for longer stays.

Great location, close to the airport. Lots of food options and a 7-Eleven right at the end of the street.

Stayed here several times. Simple but clean and quite place. Good location, near is 7/11, across the road is good breakfast, not far is laundry with drier. Inside the guesthouse is washing machine, coffee and some food (didn’t try). Kind staff, good safe atmosphere.

It's a good cheap choice for individuals or couples. There are not many restaurants around, but it's relatively quiet. There is a 711 nearby.

The owner was really nice and helpful, she spoke enough English to help me during my stay and the food and coffee of the coffee shop downstairs were so tasty! The room was nice and spacious, and I even had a bath tub, they offered coffee and tea and a little kitchen for us to use, I had a great stay!

It's really close to Chiang Mai Airport. I told them in advance that I would be checking in late, so they waited for me. But I went by Grab, and the address was a bit wrong, so I wandered around a bit. There's a convenience store nearby, and I was able to take a walk to Wat Phra Singh Temple in the morning. The only downside is that the bathtub is a bit high?
