Very good value for the money. Nothing fancy (no view, no pool, etc.), but a good, basic and reasonably equipped room right in the middle of the old town to sleep at night for a super low cost! And the hosts were very nice and helpful - laundry done for a reasonable rate as needed, free waters every day (gotta stay hydrated) and helped with local info (where the best post office was, etc.). Would recommend!

Very friendly staff! I arrived at the hotel very early and was so very tired. I requested an early check-in so I could rest, and they graciously allowed me.

Be careful and never deal with this hotel!
I booked a room in this hotel many months before the trip, in order to save money on early booking. The hotel canceled my reservation a week before my trip, and this cancelation interrupted my plans. The reason was: "we are fully booked". Of course, they were fully booked because they sold the room I booked in advance to someone else at a higher price and canceled my booking. I was forced to find quickly any available hotel in this area and pay a much higher price. Avoid and don't trust this hotel.

Excelent location in the centre town. It is in a alley with no noise, big shared balcony, the rooms are big, good breakfast. It is not luxurious but good enough if you want to stay a few days in Chiang Mai. The staff was always with a big smile and helped to organize the activities I wanted to do for a good price (I compared the prices with other places). Also have laudry service for the normal price and the cloths smelled well and all folded.

We highly recommend this hotel.
The manager and the team are very nice and caring. They have good recommandation and price for the excursion.
The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean.
In addition, you get a free breakfast every morning.

Excellent hotel in a convenient area in the Old Town. Up a short alley so no road noise.
Large clean rooms with common balcony. Beds and bedding good. Fridge, kettle, a/c and fan. Not a luxury hotel, but more than adequate for staying a few nights.
Good basic breakfast.
Only downside is no tea or coffee supplied to go with th kettle.

My partner and I, LOVE Pudsadee hotel. We have stayed here on two occasions and both times have been fantastic. The rooms are spacious and wonderfully clean. The owner of the hotel is an extremely kind lady (shamefully I do not know her name, im sorry!) She is so polite and friendly. She also gave me antiseptic ointment and cleaned my wound when I scratched my leg. 10000% reccomend this hotel. Incredible service and facilities for such a fab price. We will definitely be coming back when we are next in Chiang Mai.

Very nice hotel, good location & friendly staff. Room was very clean and breakfast is included. If you want, you can do your laundry here. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good location. Only one guy working there was really friendly- the others not so much. No biggie. He arranged for a scooter rental- they showed up right away with a scooter- a very easy process. Near lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed 4 nights and only asked for the room to be cleaned one time but they did not do it- they came in and just left water bottles and emptied trash and thats it. No clean towels. Didn't clean the bathroom and didn't make the beds. Weird. Also they tried to charge for an extra night but luckily I had the receipt that showed I paid... so keep your receipt!

The restaurant serves up some really delicious Thai food. Prices are alright. Portions are generous. Wouldn't mind eating here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean rooms. Only issue was the shower head was kind of broken and shot very thin light streams. They helped me book a tour to the highest peak and waterfalls. Great location too.

Very clean, well positioned guesthouse down a small lane (so it's quiet at night, very important for a light sleeper like me). Family run by helpful staff with a good restaurant and bar.
