Brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Pool was lovely, and nice to have a washing machine and drier, complete with soap.
All-in-all a brilliant find: quiet, but in east walking distance of the city centre. Parking for cars and motorbikes, a great coffee shop next door and the Sunday market right outside.
Perfect. Can recommend. Will return.

We had great time at apt. #23. Beautiful house, very comfy and clean. Beds were comfy too with very clean. Washing machine, drier, microwave oven and kettle. Very well managed. It worth a visit. Thank you

Really great accommodation for groups! Wonderful location, lots of space in the unit we had. Pool and yard area is beautiful and well kept. Charlie was a great host!

This house is simply amazing.
It’s a former hostel that Charlie and Jennie, our hosts, have transformed in villa.
It’s spacious, very very clean and beautifully decorated.
The service is amazing and Charlie is Al sways here to help you with a smile.
The location is great as well, it is attached to a cool cafe and a few minutes away from the old town.
We travelled as a family of 7 people and this place was a great one to stay in Chiang Mai.

This place is the perfect chill hostel. The famous Saturday night market takes place right outside the doors and you can get a perfect veiw from the balcony upstairs. The shared bathrooms were very clean and the showers were hot. We absolutely loved all the wall art, especially all the plants that hang over the staircase. The only thing was that when we arrived we were told breakfast was no longer included because of covid and we booked the room with the balcony not realizing that the doors don't actually open and it's a shared balcony between all the rooms. The balcony was still really nice and had lights and seating.

Only visited the cafe, but didn't get chance to stay. It's peaceful spot to take a rest after exploring the busy Saturday walking street. Great decor with good coffee, drink, and snacks.

Modern hostel right on night market street, what more could you ask for? Staff is always there, helpful with questions and recommendations and it's clean. A bit more pricy than a average hostel, but it's not your average hostel.

This hostel is so chic and located on the walking street ( the walking street is held every Saturday around 5pm till 10.30pm)
The room is clean, so is the shared bathroom.
The breakfast has a limited choice such as cornflake, bread with tuna spread and jam. However, in this price I think this is fine.
Highly recommended for those who love loft and modern-style hostel with the acceptable price.

Wow! Super cool Hostel...Top Service...Top Location...all Clean...Best Location for exploring old town and night markets. Double Rooms are 3 to 4 star Quality in comparison to other high end hotels in the near. Stay there and save money!
