Nampiangdin Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai City

Beautiful boutique style rooms. We really liked the decor and the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff very polite and friendly. The bathroom in our room had a drainage issue but they fixed it. The location could have been better because sometimes its hard to find specially at night. Also this is a location that tour operators don’t offer a pick up service for so that’s a bummer.

The room was very clean and overall quite good. The service attitude was also excellent. It's quite normal to have some bugs in Thailand, and there's a small balcony right above the swimming pool.

The cleanliness exceeded my expectations: Given Thailand's hot and humid climate, my biggest fear is encountering damp, moldy, or buggy bedding. This place has tile floors (no carpets) and is cleaned diligently every day. The sheets are sparkling white with no strange perfumed smell. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the shower has great water pressure and consistent hot water.

The location is incredibly convenient: It's about an 8-minute walk to the Old City, Nimman Road, and the night bazaar. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a very popular Thai milk tea stall. In the evening, it's super easy to go out for a banana pancake or buy some mango sticky rice. The best part is that the alley is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The service was typically Thai: The front desk staff's English wasn't perfectly fluent, but they were always smiling and proactively helped with luggage.

I chose this hotel after browsing through many options on Ctrip for my trip to Chiang Mai. I was a bit worried based on some reviews about it feeling old, but once I arrived, those concerns vanished! The room is really spacious and clean, and it even smells nice. The hotel service is also very attentive every day, always with a smile. They clean the room daily, and there's a pool too. It's incredibly good value for money, and the breakfast is delicious – I made sure to eat it every day. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit.

Hotels are nice staffs arefriendly ,room are well decorated and it's very clean. With the pool you can swim at anytime you wish.
I have been here before and this time I also choose to stay here and the next time we choose to stay as well. If you are choosing hotel in Chiang Mai this would be your one of the choice. I would recommend this hotel to families, to business traveler, it's very convenient

It was pretty good, just a lot of mosquitoes. However, I asked the front desk for some mosquito repellent. Some of the mosquitoes didn't seem to bite, and the service was good too; they helped with our luggage and showed us to our room.

Lovely experience at boutique hotel just near the old city square. Would happily stay again. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

There's a convenience store right near the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely. It felt just like summer at home when I was a kid. The hotel pool is cleaned daily, and the soundproofing in the rooms is surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. Plus, there are adorable little cats!

Love the vibe of the hotel, feel close to the local with nice design and decoration. Highly recommended for family with either with little kids or senior one. The staff hotel are very helpful and very nice!
