My Chiang Mai Boutique Lodge in Chiang Mai City

I have read some negative reviews regarding the service here and can assure you that that has been resolved. The staff are lovely, so welcoming and friendly and they are eager to please. If you have any questions they always ensure they can help.

I stayed for two nights with my parter after staying somewhere else and receiving a bout of stomach illness. The room was cold, the bed was comfy and it was quiet. I would recommend this to anyone

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they speak English very well! They’re also happy to provide you with more information about tours you can do. Sometimes a bit too eager, but they’re always ready to help with any question you have. The swimming pool is nice, but it’s unheated, so the water is quite cold. If the sun isn’t on it, swimming isn’t very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and everything you need is provided.

We had such a lovely three nights with My Chiangmai Boutique Lodge! We honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer - we found the location of this hotel perfect, close to everything but located down a nice quiet alley. The workers were absolutely incredible, so welcoming and always ensuring everything was okay! Special shout out to Nunu and Nyamta (unsure how to spell sorry!) for welcoming us so kindly and taking care of us, we are so incredibly grateful!

We loved staying in Chiang Mai and will absolutely return to this hotel when we come back ☺️

Best service I ever got !
We forgot some clothes at the hotel and found out only after security check at the airport.
The staff called us to inform they have a Grab ready to leave, 20~ minutes later we got it back at the airport !

And that’s not all they offer us a warm sower after check out

The hotel and room we had were very inviting and pleasant
The lobby has a small buffet with snacks and fruits 24/7and the pool is great

A very nice small boutique hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were very large and functionally furnished. The price-value ratio is great. We had two rooms, one for our children and one for us as parents, and sometimes had a very good breakfast there too. The pool is just as beautiful and well maintained. We also got very good tips for excursions (sticky waterfalls or a tour to the big temples). The location is also very good, not far to the old town but also close to the night market area! A very nice stay! Thank you.

Congratulations to the My Chiang Mai Boutique team who smashed the 5 star rating. These guys are amazing. My wife and me stayed for a few days, in between going to Pai and back for an overnighter on our way to Bangkok (5 nights overall). The hotel is spotless and the staff tirelessly cleaning and supportive and relaxed in their roles. Breakfast (optional extra) is great and although not entirely like the European fare, is really good value and I was properly and happily stuffed afterwards. Complementary (all day) tea and coffee available etc, add to the great value here. Cozy pool and no traffic noise make for a relaxing swim and sunbathing experience. Now I want to come to my ‘over and above’, comment. When departing for the UK, the taxi driver dropped us at the airport, but missed my CPAP breathing machine, still in the trunk, and in our haste we didn’t notice either. Consequently, we only realised it was missing when we arrived in Bangkok! My wife called My Chiang Mai Boutique, to query if the driver had contacted them, yes, he had returned the machine to them. Their quick response was to package the machine and get it sent overnight, via bus, to a collection centre. Whilst all the time updating us, and confirming delivery, which resulted in a successful outcome. All we can say is a very, very, big thank you to the My Chiang Mai Boutique team and special thanks to James (super mixologist cocktail maker) and the team who assisted with this.

A friendly warm hotel with staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much for them, be it allowing really really early check in, or allowing luggage storage with permission to take a shower and change before catching a late flight, or unlimited tea, biscuits and fruits any time of the day, or night. Tours were arranged, pizzas delivered late at night, what have you. Child friendly, family friendly, couples friendly, singles friendly

Superb hotel with top-notch staff and spacious, extremely quiet rooms. Located just outside the old town but very accessible on foot.
There is a decent sized swimming pool.
The fruit at breakfast is excellent but the English breakfast option is not very good.
Other than that, everything is perfect 👌

The My Chiangmai Boutique Lodge is a wonderful family run hotel and the perfect choice for those (like us) looking for a mid-range hotel that delivers on all fronts. With a great location just outside the old city walls, spotlessly clean large rooms with comfortable beds and a shaded pool area to enjoy after a day exploring Chiang Mai, it offers both great value for money and a top notch guest experience. As well as the aforementioned factors, the thing that really elevates the My Chiangmai Boutique Lodge to the top of the pile is the fantastic team of staff. Ultra friendly and cheerful (you are always met with genuine smile), they were all super helpful and helped us uncover some lesser known gems during our stay.
