Very simple but clean hotel, just 10 mins from the airport and a 5 mins walk to the old town. The bed was comfortable, a kettle, hairdryer, a/c and fridge were all provided. I had a small balcony but it looked straight across an alleyway into the building opposite.
My only complaints were that the shower head kept falling off the holder on the wall and the reception desk is rarely manned which is a problem when checking out as you pay a 200bht deposit on the room key.
I had to email them my departure time to make sure someone was there.
Overall though if you just want a comfortable room to sleep in then this is perfect and I would use again

I spent over two months in this hotel, and it was a very nice stay. The place is quiet and clean, with a modern look. My room was large and comfortable, with a double bed, AC and a fridge, and a small balcony.
I even had pigeons making a nest and raising their two babies on my balcony, which was very nice to experience.

A really comfortable stay in a very big room. Outside of the walled part of the city but only by a few minutes. I stayed 4 nights and they cleaned my room once but every day left new toilet paper and water. I have an evening flight and took advantage of paying a little more to check out at 5pm. Great to be able to take a shower after a long day in the heat! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious, has all the amenities. Cleaning on request. The bed is a bit hard. Very strong audibility of the nearest neighbors, but there were almost none. Quiet street close to the sights and the Saturday market.

Lovely boutique hotel close to the night market,a short walk from the old city. They were very accommodating when we told them my husband was having a problem walking, and they moved us from the fourth floor to the second floor. Clean rooms, great service.

We were so excited staying in this hotel. We arrived one day later thanks to Lufthansa strike but that wasn't problem at all because the staff (two women actually) were simply amazing. Such a pleasure to meet so kind people. The room is biiig, full of amenities with a small terrace. We got two bottles of water every day as well as our room got cleaned every day including change of towels (which is not necessary I suppose, but it was nice). It's roughly 5 minutes on foot to night market which is a pretty good opportunity to grab something good. You can borrow a bicycle for free and rent a motorcycle with a full tank. And because we had an early flight they arranged a taxi for us for a reasonable price which I appreciated very much. This is the only choice for our next stay in Chiang Mai.
