The location is excellent, the room is very neat, clean, and quiet, and the staff's service is also very good!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely Japanese-inspired design. It's located near the back gate of Chiang Mai University, making it super convenient to walk to the night market there. The hotel is set back from the main road, so it's generally very quiet. Even though the water pump was quite noisy at night, the staff were really proactive and helpful in trying to resolve the issue.

Our third stays it's a bit different from our last year visiting however each room were occupied. During our 2 nights stays there's no one cleaning our room whichever we glad they didn't as our pet disliked a vacuum sound
A room is not a sound proof therefore each time guests walk passed by a room we can clearly hear everything so as our dog who barks upon hearing a strange noises.
If anyone wants to stay a Japanese resemblance hotel you are at the right place.

The hotel is an 8/10, but for this price, it's a perfect score!

1. It's quiet. Even though the hotel room door isn't soundproof, the location is great. My second-floor room was very quiet, apart from the occasional dog barking and laughter from the pool.
2. Excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from the Chiang Mai back gate night market.
3. The room is good. The only minor drawback is the poorly designed bathroom door, but for this price, it's not a big deal.
4. The service was excellent; a staff member at the pool proactively helped me with towels.

However, they need to pay more attention to room cleaning. You need to hang the 'make up my room' sign before 2 PM. The cleaner also didn't take the 20 baht I left on the bed.

The room does not have proper windows. Instead, there is a large glass wall facing the common walking path, and the building is very close to a low-rise condominium. Due to the lack of privacy, the curtains need to remain closed at all times, which makes the room feel rather dark and enclosed.

At THB 1,700 per night without breakfast, the room rate feels somewhat overpriced. The location is convenient only if you have business at Chiang Mai University.

The room was great, the price was right, and it was very clean with good service. I'll definitely be back next time! You can also swim, which is perfect for couples or families. I really, really loved it!

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, and pleasant. It is centrally located, with many places around within walking distance.

The only problem is noise. There is absolutely no sound insulation in the rooms, and noises from outside and from neighboring rooms can be heard very clearly. Since the hotel is pet-friendly, many rooms have dogs, and they bark frequently. Conversations from other rooms and television sounds are also clearly audible.

Room cleaning starts very early in the morning, and staff members talk very loudly among themselves while working.

If you are looking to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a tiring day, this is not the right hotel for you.

One of the cosy hotel that I had stayed. With a lot of streets good just outside the Main road. Although parking area is limited. I will still choose this place for my next stay with I’m in Chiang Mai again. The room is spacious, the washroom is big. The place is beautiful inside, although the pool is kind of small but good enough for you to jump in and relax for a moment. Had a great stayed.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the university and right by the night market. As soon as you step out, there's a whole street full of food. The rooms are quite clean, and the service is good too. There's a delicious Malatang restaurant right next door.

The room was great and the location was perfect, right next to the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar in a Kyoto-style alley. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very polite. However, the internet was just okay, and connecting to Wi-Fi was a hassle because I had to open a login page and enter my username and password every time.
