Room looked a bit old, bathroom had bad smell. Staff is nice and breakfast good.

Big room. Service is great. Location is a bit far from Nimman but can go there by Grab. Cool A/C. Worth a come back when visit CNX!

I wasn't blown away with this hotel. I ended up paying big money for what it was (New year to be fair) In addition, a further 600 baht a night for another bed despite the room saying it would sleep 4. Location 10 minutes precarious walk to Maya Shopping area

The room was very spacious and generally clean. Soundproofing was just okay, as I could hear airport noises. There were also small bars nearby, so I could hear singing. If you're particular about sound insulation, this might not be the best choice.

There were plenty of dining options downstairs and no shortage of convenience stores. Overall, it offered great value for money.

We found a cockroach in our room. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, but I can't say they showed the same level of care for cleanliness.

Overall the cleanliness is good except that at times there is a stench coming from the toilet. Probably due to the discharge pipe. I would have given the cleanliness a 4 star if it wasn't the stench.
I love the vibrant colours of the lobby and the dining area. I would have given a 4 or 5 star for the interior design.
