Tawan Court in Chiang Mai City

The room environment is average in terms of style and cleanliness. The room that I stay in which was on the first floor, the bathroom was clean. Morning buffet are also serve with porridge, egg, fry rice, hotdog, and drink. The choice of drink are water,orange juice, coffee, and ovantin(hot coco I think). The food was good. It's even better than some of the night bazaar food that I have to pay a lot of money for. The lobby and chicken setting is pretty and organize. I like the classic furniture. The price is cheaper and better than other place I have stay in chiangmai.

We rented 3 rooms and stayed here for the Songkran Festival. This hotel is conveniently situated between the Night Bazzar and Warorot Market, and is about a 10 minute walk from the The Phae Gate. During Songkran, it was a close walk to join the water activities, but we could retreat to the hotel when we wanted to take a break and dry off.

The guy working at the front desk was helpful and spoke very good English. He even helped coordinate getting some luggage the airlines lost delivered to the hotel. There's a large outdoor area in the center of the hotel if you want to just sit outside and relax.

We spent most of our time out enjoying the festivities, but when we returned each night Tawan Court provided us with a comfortable, clean stay. Our three rooms were side-by-side and directly above the office. Although they could use some renovations, they were fine for just hanging out a bit and sleeping.

The free breakfast was so-so, and as always go early if you want fresh food. Overall this place is a great stay considering the price. Just be careful if the floor gets wet in the room because it becomes VERY slippery.

It's homely,cozy and convenient. It's staff's are friendly and polite. Taiwan court is a stone's throw to the city, night bazaars are a few minutes walk.

Very caring and honest staff. Lovely homely ambience. Clean, comfortable and great value. Hotel is centrally located with lots of eateries nearby. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Good venue for modest accommodation and sleep over. Very strategic location. A walking distance to food bazar, and sorrounded cafe, resto, bar, and stores.

Mountain Bike friendly, comfortable and affordable hotel. Got mosque in walking distance, and then the food was everywhere and taste good. As a Muslim, kind of Muslim Street was just around the corner. If you are planning for Chiang Mai ride, then this is a suitable place for your headquarters, laid back and food hunting. Lots of night market during the night. Go to a local named 'TrailHead', kind of a good, relaxing coffee shop and mountain biking gears.
