I give full marks to the hotel staff; they were incredibly welcoming and managed to strike a perfect balance in their interactions – friendly and approachable without being intrusive or bothersome.

The facilities are just average, especially the hairdryer. I'd suggest an upgrade for that in the future, it's really not ideal for people with long hair! 😂

Good location, small night market nearby everyday, and Saturday night market too.

The room was spacious. No deposit required, and we could freely grab drinks and water from the mini-fridge at the bar. They even had instant noodles available for free in the evenings. The staff were very enthusiastic, and breakfast was delicious. The only minor drawback was the lack of a sofa in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient to place some items. It was a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport. Overall, it was a very good stay.

A cozy little hotel, BED Chiang Mai Gate has everything you need, including free coffee at the lounge whole day. There’s even a self-laundromat just 1 minute down the road from the hotel. While I booked a twin room, I was updated to a triple room upon check-in. Room has a huge balcony too. Appreciated the space much! ☺️

That's awesome. We love the location near the Saturday walking street and everything you need are well prepared by the hotel. Excellent breakfast make us energetic everyday. and all the drinks water, snacks, fruits, instant noodles and coffee are all included and no limited. What can I request more?

Room is spacious and clean with a balcony and good view of both pool and scenery! High recommended
