Absolutely loved our stay, every staff member was super awesome and friendly! Loved the cats that were walking around! Deepo (probably spelt name wrong) was extremely accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

An old hotel that still has its charm. Great for unpretentious travellers looking for simple yet comfortable accommodation. And the pool is so lovely!

People are lovely, it’s so nice with all the green and the pool area is beautiful. But…
AC is loud and the fan has only has one setting
Pool is saturated with chlorine to the point it feels oily. They keep on adding pallets every couple of days.

Very bad service mind of the reception staff. I called to check availability and reserved for a night stay. When I checked in, the staff said there is no reservation record. There was a vacancy so I said I wld take it.

Then came the price issue. They said it's festive period so the price was up. The amount was not much but it upset me as I was told the day before the lower price. They told me the one who answered my call was not in at the moment and he may not know about pricing. I asked if it was my false - no sir, but if you want the room you had to pay the new price.

So I just left and will not step in this property again.

Convenient location and the room was clean and comfortable

Very good value for money. Clean, specious and bright room. I give four instead of five stars for old towels, lack of pool towels and pool surroundings could be cleaned up from leaves more often. The pool on its own was clean. I have also asked three times for a kettle but it has never been given.
Even though I would book it again.

Stayed at this hotel for around 5-6 nights. Great location walking distance from old city and a night food market for cheap lunch and dinner. Staff was very friendly. Pool are is a big plus ! Also the hotel is a bit off the street you don’t hear the traffic it’s like a little oasis of peace. Only downside is the rooms are a bit dated and some room have aircon that you can’t really set to your desired temperature (older model with no remote), depends on the room. Would stay there again! Paid 800thb per nights walk-in price.

We checked-in and the room we booked was not available. They downgraded us without even telling us, we had to told them that the room we booked was with AC but they gave us a room without AC.

Overall bad service, hotel is OK and pool is beautiful. 10 minutes walking from the center of Chiang Mai.
