This is the first time I have ever left a negative review, but our experience was absolutely terrible. We are extremely disappointed, this hotel is dishonest.
Upon arrival, we were asked to pay a 900 baht deposit, which we did immediately. On the day of check-out, there was no one at the reception, even though we had to leave for our flight. We tried calling the hotel more than ten times, with no answer at all.
We left a note at the reception desk with our email address so they could contact us, but we never received any response. Much later, we finally received an email saying that it would not be possible to refund us, claiming they cannot make a bank transfer. Completely unacceptable.
The customer service is outrageous. The woman at the reception does not speak a word of English, is unfriendly, not welcoming, and not professional at all.
Additionally, we had booked 3 rooms with double beds, but were given rooms with two single beds, supposedly because the others were fully booked. Another unpleasant surprise.
There are plenty of hotels nearby for the same price and far more reliable. Do not go to this one.
We spent part of our vacation trying to get our money back, by far the worst hotel of our entire trip.
