Loved it here. Clean, easy to find, helpful/kind office staff and close to great coffee. Great small family hotel. We will be returning.

I loved this place. I was looking for something quiet, away from hustle and bustle of city. Old City is just about 7-9 minute drive and nimman about 5-7 minutes. You'll definitely need a scooter or car unless you only go to city here and there. Great coffee nearby, a pizza place, 7-11 and a few local restaurants with great food. This place is very clean! As far as noise level goes I didn't have any issues. Same noises you'd here at any hotel. It has 24hr reception and a scan key entry. I felt very safe there.
Only thing I wish they had was a hot water pitcher and maybe a toaster for downstairs in common area so people could use it for their own coffee/bread purchases.

Very cool place to stay in Chiang Mai.
It’s located near the amazing Art Village, which is filled with many handmade stores, souvenirs, and local businesses, as well as charming tea and coffee shops and restaurants. The lobby staff is always smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The place is very clean, with good housekeeping keeping the building spotless. Internet is provided by the hotel via daily cards. While the data speed could be better, we didn’t face any issues since we always use our travel eSIMs. As developers working on our metaverse project, we require a perfect internet connection, so having travel eSIMs is essential for us.
This is a nice place to stay, whether short or long term. The building is secure and closed at night for safety.

I had a wonderful stay at The Passion Hotel. The staff is so kind and go out if their way to be accommodating. Clean, very sweetly decorated rooms with plenty of light. Location is wonderful within walking distance to hiking, restaurants and nightlife while being surrounded by nature. I plan to come again!

This hotel is no elevator but staff will help us lift luggage. We stay second floor. Room is pretty clean and has hair dryer. Price quite valuable.
