Appreciate their hospitality I went to rooftop bar to redeeem my welcome drink. New, Nuy, and Guy were very attentive, kind, and serve us with lovely smile

They quickly prepared our table outdoor since it was rainy before. The non alcoholic drink was a bit too sweet for my liking but you really can enjoy city light/ phuket from above

The newly renovated rooms are absolutely fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We barely saw any other Chinese guests during our stay; it seems to be a popular choice among foreigners.

After two nights, I decided to try the more premium rooms on the 9th and 10th floors and I have to say that the free lounge and more equipment there were not worth the 30% higher price! What I enjoyed the most in this hotel was the swimming pool and the live music on Saturdays

Absolutely phenomenal cleaning service. Cute, helpful and awesome service. Rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable, ac is good, additional free services like borrowing guitar plus equipment for free is just awesome

I was on a business trip with my fellow colleagues, had a great time together. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent and the food was also delicious

This was my second stay at this Renaissance. The first time, the villa area was under renovation, and this time, the pool was being renovated, so we had to use the pool at the neighboring hotel

The hotel's super location and for the money, it seems more and Breakfast is, XS, we only slept and left in the clothes when I went to Koh Chang hates it, and even cleaned every day! For the money weeeet!!!! Can certainly those who bobetsky syndrome and write what is not what, but they know better, if the hotel can not get out, and they're probably now in the swimming pool

An old gem in a very convenient location. It’s very close to the beach, Bangla Street, and other key attractions, so getting around is quite easy

In this price u will get many good hotels , welcom plaza is having old furniture and bed makes sound … so overall i can say average 2/5 star from me , balcony and swimming pool is the best rest rooms are ok ok , and be careful if u miss place any of the hotel belongings u will be charged 3x of that price , thay have nit given us towels on last night and the reception told ur 2 towels are missing...

A terrible downside was the flies by the pool, they were unbearable! But if you consider it a budget option, the hotel offers excellent value for money

Budget hotel close to the beach and nightlife attractions. Hotel building feels dated but the room comes with free buffet breakfast. Food is ok.

We went to breakfast once and left, never to return. At the reception, we saw that we could upgrade our room for an additional 600 baht per night. We did it and didn't regret it at all; it was a night and day difference

Only stayed for 2 nights, the rooms are clean and modern. There are 2 nice pools with good relaxing spots besides the pools, however, I didn't have time to use them. I did not experience much noise during night time

This time, we brought a disposable filter shower head, and after using it for a week, it confirmed that the water quality isn't great. We really enjoyed the hotel pool and bar, and my child went down to play every day

They even gave me a hotel guide in Russian -- spasibo bolshoe! When I entered the room, I was so surprised -- they upgraded us to a beautiful sea view room and even decorated the bed for our special day

There's also a kids' play area that my child loved. The breakfast was just okay for Chinese palates, but it was convenient to have it at the hotel with the kids. Karon Beach is just a short walk away

It was a lovely experience. The villa accomodation was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the restaurant service and the massages. The staff were so friendly.

Super nice hotel with a great location in Khao Lak. The hotel restaurant is overpriced. A scoop of industrial ice cream costs more than artisanal Italian ice cream in an ice cream parlor in Germany.

108 was a great room with bunk beds for two kids but the room smelt a little of damp or unclean air conditioning filter. The pool and beach are great and the kids spent a lot of time splashing about

Make sure you turn right when you walk out on the beach to some of the best local Thai food we had. Couldn’t recommend the stay enough and will be back again

The Restaurant was amazing with super helpful staffs and the pools were the best attraction. Rooms were huge but very old style. No carpet and the washroom was average too.

Have two restaurants a la Carte one is at the breakfast place and the other one is near the Kamala beach. The good thing is if you order your food the kids eat free of charge by selecting from kids menu

This hotel is a bit dated but still a nice place to stay. The rooms are fairly quiet being this close to Beach Rd. The rooms are clean and large with nice spacious balconies. Very affordable place to stay

Sea Me Spring Too is a solid choice in Pattaya, offering incredible value for money. Its location on Soi 10 is the star, putting you right next to the beach and major shopping/dining hubs like Central Pattaya Mall

Phang Nga Bay was about 5 degrees cooler than the main island, so even under the blazing sun, spending half a day in the connecting pool wasn't hot at all

Extremely satisfied with our Chinese New Year family trip! Our whole family loves relaxing at hotels, so the slightly remote location was definitely worth it for the low crowds, especially compared to the usual throng on Phuket island itself

There were very few Chinese tourists, mostly Europeans, Russians, and some Indians who were all quite well-behaved, unlike the noisy ones you sometimes encounter in places like Singapore

We were given a complimentary room upgrade ( to a pool suite) that exceeded our expectations. The hotel overall is beautiful

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine

Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht

the hotel was great but since it is located on the hill, it was VERY hard to get a grab/taxi

They had used an extremely strong air freshener in the elevator and on the floor, which made the air sickening and suffocating. I highly recommend the free beach next to the hotel instead
