This hotel is located in the centre of Patong beach, close to cafes, bars, clubs and shops. Modern building, spacious and comfortable rooms. A small pleasant area with a beautiful green garden. Recommended for family and youth recreation.

Located 10 minutes ' walk from Bangla road, 45 km from the airport.

Consists of a main body and an additional 2-storey buildings.
Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel. The second coastal line. Parasols and sun loungers.

- Thitima Room. Area of 100 sq m accommodating up to 70 people.
- Thanit Room. Area of 200 sqm that can accommodate up to 120 people.

Patong Resort delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service standards were genuinely brilliant — every interaction with the staff was warm, attentive, and proactive, and nothing ever felt like an inconvenience. The cleanliness across the entire property was exceptional: rooms were immaculate, public areas were spotless, and housekeeping clearly took real pride in their work.

The deluxe room is really spacious. Just 0.5 km away from patong beach and the street. You will find many Indian in the hotel. All the shops, 7/11is just in walking distance.
Breakfast is good and just one thing they deposit 2000 Bhatt at check in. And give us back when we check out if everything is good at room. Indian breakfast options are also there.. not great but ok ok.

Mixed Experience at Patong Resort Phuket
We stayed at Patong Resort with our 1-year-old child and had a mixed experience. The location is great—just a short walk to Patong Beach and the main street. The staff were generally kind and helpful, and breakfast was good, though Indian food options were quite limited.
However, we faced a very disappointing situation during breakfast. Our child wasn’t comfortable eating in the breakfast area due to the new environment and weather. We requested to take out a small portion of plain steamed rice for him, even offered to pay for it, but the staff repeatedly refused. It was heartbreaking, especially since it was a genuine need for a 1-year-old. We hope the breakfast team reads this and shows more understanding and flexibility for families with small children in the future.
There were also two other issues:
The room we received was in a different building than expected from the online booking, and it didn’t match the vibe or expectations we had.
A security deposit of 2000 THB was required, and everything in the room had labels warning against use. Unfortunately, our child accidentally broke a water glass, and 50 THB was deducted from the deposit.
Overall, while the location and staff were good, the lack of empathy in handling a child’s basic need and the room-related surprises made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The best part about the stay is their location. Everything is just a walking distance away from the hotel. If you want enjoy phuket, This is the place to be. The rooms are very big, the breakfast is nice. The Resort is well connected to Bang la Road and Patong Beach. The pool side area is also very nicely built.
Their swimming pool is amazing and they allow you to dive since it is a 2.5 mts deep pool.

Vacation from 02/19/20 to 03/02/20...the hotel was chosen by ourselves and met expectations. A protected area in the center of Patong, a kind of oasis in a busy area! Garden, swimming pool and silence... There are no complaints about the staff, cleaning is done daily and efficiently, everyone smiles positively! Lives up to its stars. There weren’t many Europeans...Chinese during THIS period at all (well...almost...)! The room is not in the main building, but in the park area, No. 260 with a view of the garden and pool... and in my opinion this is better... But to whom - how... in general - I RECOMMEND. If I go to Patong again, I will go to this hotel again. This is the third time in Thailand and certainly not the last!

We are now relaxing in this hotel with our family. The area is decent, especially for hotels in Thailand, there are two swimming pools, a small jacuzzi, several buildings with rooms, a lot of greenery and trees, cute sculptures and figures made of flowers and trees. The location is also very good, there is access towards the beach, it takes about 3 minutes to walk, on the other side there is access to the main party street of Phuket, the shopping center is also within walking distance, everything is very close and within walking distance. The breakfasts are very decent and varied, there is always fruit (papaya, pineapple, watermelon), food for vegans, food for the Chinese, food for Europeans, everything is thought out for different tourists, there is always a choice of delicious breakfast, there is a coffee machine with coffee to choose from (cappuccino, latte, espresso) there is also heated milk and coffee from a coffee pot, tea, juices similar to yuppie. The rooms are very nice, clean and updated. At the reception there are always smiling Thais who understand English. In general, the hotel perfectly justifies its 4* rating.

Adore this place, my happy space 2nd visit, totally recommend. Great breakfast buffet. Close to everything. Loved my suite with balcony overlooking street, very entertaining viewing, as a smoker balcony was a big plus. Clean, comfy large room has a safe. Friendly staff. Great rate. Can't wait to go back next year

Great location! But the resort is very old. The rooms and the interiors where below the 3 star standards. They also ask you to pay refundable deposit during your checkin. Never experienced this before.
