Andaman Embrace Patong in Patong

Very bad experience. The room was old and not well maintained. The staff were rude and unprofessional—especially Anne (A-N-N), who was arrogant, dismissive, and not understanding at all. Would not recommend.

Do not stay here if you dont want to ruin your holiday mood. I only booked this hotel because most hotels were almost sold out for the Chinese New Year occasion.I always stay in holiday inn or andaman beach suites. I paid almost three times the normal amount for seven days.
When we checked in, we saw that the bathroom was old and did not have a hand-held shower. The hotel looks old and has not been renovated for years. The cleaning staff is rude and ill-mannered. The lady who came on the first day of cleaning did not know how to speak properly.
Breakfast was nice, there is no laundry room to wash clothes, which is commonly available in 4 and 5-star hotels.
On the checkout date, the reception called us twice around 12 noon. During the second call, the lady literally shouted at me over the phone,though we left the room at 12.05am sharp.
Kindly note: the cleaning staff did not even clean the floor and bathroom properly. All the dirt remained in the room and under the bathroom slab for seven days. The staff talk to you as if you are a thief. We have been traveling to many countries for the last 9 years ,This was my 8th time coming to Phuket.
Overall we felt like as if we are in a birding school with rude wardens around us who are keeping and eye on us,really pathetic experience ,will never stay here again.
