Since we didn't have any children, we were able to relax and unwind in peace throughout the entire stay. The private beach in front was also nice, but the shower water pressure was a bit weak.

Everything was great! We booked a room with direct pool access and loved everything about it. The restaurant serves delicious food, so there's no need to look for other places nearby.

I was there during Songkran. And there was music party during the night at the beach close to beach front villa where I stayed every single nights! No one told us or proposed any option when we checked in. The villa was beautiful, the beach was beautiful but the service from the staffs and manager I will give 1 star for not caring what we faced during the staying. Also the cleaner forgot the hat...

The accommodation is really good. I wonder why it's not popular. The sunset in the evening is really beautiful. The staff I met when I checked in were not very nice. They didn't smile much when I asked them anything (or maybe they were tired). It was Songkran, right? But the staff on the day of check-out were good and smiling.

Lovely hotel and really spacious rooms, lovely to have your own pool. The beach bag is a lovely touch! Plenty of beach beds. Only down side for us was that it was a little remote and far away from other restaurants, although the beach is exceptionally quiet so if that’s your vibe, then it’s perfect for you.

The hotel consists of individual villas, surrounded by a lot of greenery, which is quite beautiful! It's very close to the beach, separated by just a road from the accommodations and breakfast area. Absolutely nice beach, but that is about it . The food is miserable. The service as well. All prices are subject to VAT . There is nothing around the hotel , which makes you have to reside in the resort and eat there. For children an absolutely unloved playroom. For a 5 star hotel there should be more offered. I would rate our stay as good; however, our expectations were higher than the reality. The room we initially received was not soundproof, and we could hear neighbors from the adjacent villas, which resulted in us not sleeping at all. A bit dated and no lifts to the 3rd floor. Almost everything closes or stops around 10pm including stuff in the hotel, except a pub with a live band on the main road. The beach is alright and clean. The property offered a clean and safe place to sleep. It is indeed very simple. My room had a pot for steaming water, but no in room coffee or tea. The price was very reasonable, and reflected the no frill option. For me, Id be willing to up the budget next time for more on site ammenities. The Simple represents good value for a no frills stay.

I returned to this garden resort for another stay. Unfortunately, being the rainy season, most rooms had a strong, musty odor. We had to try several rooms to find one that smelled a bit milder. Excellent location and our villa was beautiful with an amazing view. The water pressure and temperature were an issue during our stay. We had to run the shower for 5-10 mins before it got warm. It needs repairs, but everything else is great.

I immediately want to get out. The air freshener doesn't mask the moldy smell. The air conditioner is very dirty, the glass on the balcony is broken. Everything is very tired. The hotel is very tired, requires investments and repairs, the location is not bad, but there is no access to the sea at all! You can walk along the road and this is very inconvenient. Absolutely great place to travel if you are coeliac/gluten free. The resort restaurant was very accommodating and were able to adjust most dishes for gluten free. Felt very safe eating there. A wonderful, quiet place to relax your body and soul. We spent an incredible weekend here – playing golf, swimming in the pool, having breakfast with a view of the mountains and lake, and cycling. A good resort with beautiful view and lot of space. As it's the corner most one, the beach almost feels like private . The rooms are pretty big with balcony. The also have different kind of stay options with cottages on beach aswell. The resturant was not opened when we visited. For food you have to walk till then centre which is 30mins away. They also do not provide free water.

Resort with the best location and sea view, on the beach!!! Very comfortable lounge and swimming pool chairs! Also a very good restaurant with very affordable prices and delicious Thai food!

Really liked the room’s view (attached pictures), room comfort and proximity to a beautiful beach. Room for improvement: the restaurant/ breakfast is quite lame (specially Cappuccino, they charged it as a proper one, but it’s Nescafe powder coffee with milk powder).

The hotel is very relaxed with excellent staff. The rooms are built among the plam trees, large and very comfortable.
