Great facilities and location. The Hotspring and ice bath were very nice and rooms looked recently renovated. Sala Thai restaurant was not open during our visit. Only negative was there was no one at reception when we arrived and had to walk around the pool area to find someone to ask where to check in.

Very clean and professionally staffed hotel. At first it was a bit confusing to find where things are and there was no map. Very close to be able to walk around shops and restaurants. The hotel tried to make extra accommodations due to ongoing construction on the beach (free dinner, drink, and massage). The construction did not limit access to any of the amenities. The hotel in general is great, food fab at breakfast. Resturant food great if a little limited on the menu. Pool great and all round service great. Downside is quite a bit of maintenance required on pool decking req , and not the best on the beach front. No immediate other bars on the beach requires a good walk along the beach.

A good resort with beautiful view and lot of space. As it's the corner most one, the beach almost feels like private . The rooms are pretty big with balcony. The also have different kind of stay options with cottages on beach aswell. The resturant was not opened when we visited. For food you have to walk till then centre which is 30mins away. They also do not provide free water.

Stayed for 10 days in Nov/Dec 2025. Reception Staff were faultless. The place was clean and cleaning staff went above and beyond by constantly coming back later to clean our room if we over slept. The hotel is very tired, requires investments and repairs, the location is not bad, but there is no access to the sea at all! You can walk along the road and this is very inconvenient. Excellent location and our villa was beautiful with an amazing view. The water pressure and temperature were an issue during our stay. We had to run the shower for 5-10 mins before it got warm. We wanted quiet and trouble free and we got it! The team is super friendly and the Hotel is as pretty as it is shown online. Lots of free activities available as well as paid ones. The food is great quality.

Good hotel, but some renovation would be helpful. There was a airwick air parfume scent in the shower. If the room is clean enough this is not needed.

Room ok, some of them with direct ocean view, beach very close next door, 5 min to the main road. Breakfast nice and enough, clean food.

Great location, especially on the beach. The pool and breakfast were nice to enjoy! The 2-bedroom is quite old and separate from the rest of the rooms with very bad WiFi. I’ve stayed at many Kokotels and this one fell short of expectations. There wasn’t a kids area like other ones.
