Customer service needs significant improvement, particularly among the dining staff, many of whom seemed confused and unprepared. Dining options were minimal, with a noticeable portion of the menu unavailable throughout the stay—something that should not happen at a resort of this caliber.
Although the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience fell short. The villa was subpar for what is advertised as a 5-star resort. Based on service consistency and management execution, this property delivers closer to a 3.5-star experience.
The resort has strong potential, but improvements in staff training, management oversight, and dining operations are clearly needed.
The villa was beautiful, the beach was beautiful but the service from the staffs and manager I will give 1 star for not caring what we faced during the staying.
Also the cleaner forgot the hat in ours bathroom when she came to clean🥲
I’m so sad to staying at the beautiful accommodation but the services and the noise didn’t make us rest.
It’s my first time bringing my family to stay at the5 stars hotel.
Room is correct and view is amazing but cleaning is extremely poor. One day cleaning person left her clothes in bathroom + towels extremely dirty (this everyday of our stays). Bin is not remove everyday as well.
For the price, location, property I overall Do Not recommend this place.
Management doesn’t seems to care.
