Description
Romantic hotel located in the most picturesque area of Phang nga province, ideal for a honeymoon and just relaxing with the family. Own the 11-km beach on the Andaman sea is sheltered from the wind by Cape coral and the hotel is surrounded by the incredible beauty of the mango grove. One of the restaurants of the hotel, built under the old tree serves local dishes according to old recipes. The hotel does not accommodate children under 10 years old!

Location: 60 km from the airport of Phuket, in Khao Lak, on the shore of the Bay of Phan nga.
Consists of seven 2-storey blocks.
The hotel has 56 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 70 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge.

A stunning place of pure luxury. We were only here for 2 nights of our 3 week Thailand trip & were exceptionally fortune enough to not only experience The Sarojin, but receive an amazing upgrade to a jacuzzi pool suite. Room was huge with the best outdoor shower ever! Super comfortable bed, lovely double sink, 2 showers, 2 bathrooms, just fabulous! The beach is beautiful, clean, spacious & you're looked after with water throughout the day. The beach bar is lovely with a great happy hour between 5-6.30pm. We didn't eat here as there are lovely, authentic Thai restaurants along the beach. What sets the place apart though is the staff, they are so friendly & genuinely look like they enjoy their jobs, also the alacarte breakfast served til 6pm is excellent. It does attract an older clientele, not often I can say as a couple in our early 50s that we felt young, but we did, ha, we'd definitely return but only for a few nights as we like a bit more to do in an evening

Our stay at The Sarojin was wonderful. There was simply nothing that could have been better. Some of our highlights included exceptional food (including a magical all you can eat breakfast each morning), wonderful service provided by the amazing staff members, and beautiful setting. The Sarojin also does a great job with activities, logistics, and everything you need to have a great stay. Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

The worst 5-star hotel ever existed In the world.
Extremely disappointing. We discovered large amounts of animal droppings on the bathroom floor on the decorative stones, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective.
We also received very poor customer service.
In addition, there were two lizards inside the room. I had to deal with one myself during the night, which was unpleasant and not something a guest should have to handle, while the other escaped.
Due to these conditions, we left the room around 1am and did not stay. Finding another hotel at that time was very difficult, and the situation ruined our honeymoon experience.
Despite providing photo and video evidence, the hotel refused to take responsibility and did not refund us. We stayed only a few hours and left because the room was not hygienic.
I strongly advise future guests to reconsider if cleanliness and basic standards are important to you.

Let’s talk about the food, absolutely incredible. Vegans and vegetarians will be happy with this place. They have vegan bread, pastries and butter?? No Buffett at breakfast. Yay!!! Everting is À la carte and made to your specifications. I wish more hotels would do that. The food was perfect And served beautifully. The staff is kind, friendly, and very efficient. Wuth made sure we were given exactly what we ordered and ensured the staff is aware that my husband is vegan. Nam always greeted us with a beautiful smile and also made sure that we were well taken care of. Everyone looked like they enjoy working there, everyone has smiles. The grounds are immaculate and so are the rooms ss housekeeping is doing a fantastic job. The hotel is quiet, mature, and sophisticated. Staff pays attention to detail which is appreciated. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. This location will always be one of my favorite hotels and I know I will return.

We wanted a place away from the fray of Phuket that felt peaceful and the Sarojin delivered. You can walk or run for miles on the beach. I would go for runs in the morning and see 8 other people the whole time. There is a larger resort on the beach next to the Sarojin, but it doesn’t feel crowded and the tranquility of the Sarojin’s environment makes it feel tucked away. The pool is outstanding. The Christmas Eve dinner and Beach BBQ were beautiful. My husband said it was his favorite hotel that we’ve ever stayed at. Service was amazing. We especially loved our outing to Phang Nga with Sonya and Pol (although beautiful, be aware the stops are quite touristy) and the beach attendant Fluke. The only thing we felt could be done better was easier access to taxis or transport in the evening - I think most guests do dine at the hotel, but we wanted to explore some of the surrounding area. Thanks for a great Christmas experience!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The amenities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and our own private pool that was perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special highlight was the all-day à la carte breakfast, complete with sparkling wine—it was such a treat! We also loved the Thai cooking class at the hotel, which added a unique and fun touch to our stay.

This was one of the highlights of our holiday. The attention to detail was exceptional. The staff were warm and friendly and we were greeted by several managers when we arrived with a big welcome and offered their help and advice. We traveled with 2 teens so we thought the slower pace of the hotel would bore them. We were wrong! They had endless fun with the water sport equipment provided and relaxed by the beach when tired. The gentleman at the beach (I don’t get his name) provided such excellent service. Our water glass was never empty and he prepared our sun beds everyday without question. He always had time for the guests. Overall this hotels is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in across the world. Take advantage of their bikes and go for a cycle to neighboring beaches or to the little shops up the road. If you want to see authentic Thailand with holiday luxury, this place is for you. We will never forget our trip here.

This place is owned by Brits if I am correctly informed. This is the standard you are staying there - proper upperclassman. Very stylish, wonderful garden, breakfast a la carte ❤️, I would put it in the category „small luxury boutique hotel“. I had the Jacuzzi Suite, a really big area with two rooms, private balcony.
The beach is sweet, fantastic bar just behind.
Could be a place right out from a James Bond movie.
The pool is pretty cool too.
Just come here, stay and relax, worth any penny.

Had a lovely stay at the Sarojin. The ambience was peaceful and staff were friendly and warm. Room was spacious, clean and I loved the nature-theme! Food was tasty and fresh! Enjoyed walking along the beach and chilling in the vicinity. Strongly recommend !

Hands down the mostly highly curated and perfected experience I've ever had with a hotel/resort. The staff are insanely attentive. Your every need is catered to before you even realize you have a need at all. Both restaurants are outstanding. Definitely do their cooking class. The gardens are immaculately maintained. We stayed in the Jacuzzi suite and it was next level fabulous. This will hands down be a return stay one day. Thank you to the exemplary staff for making my five night stay one I'll never forget

There aren’t as many “civil” beach options in Khao Lak and this is one of them. I really enjoyed the tranquility. Gorgeous white sand, plenty of shade. 150 baht for a sunbed or order at least as much at the restaurant and the bed is for free. The prices are very reasonable for the location. 👍

You are in Thailand, don't expect too much. The rooms are basic, have air-conditioning, have running water and the possibility to charge your phone. Bathroom smells like a sewer, keep the door closer at all times. Bed sheets are only available for two of the 3 beds. Distance to the beach from the bungalows in the middle ~100m/300ft.
Restaurant/Service:
Middle of the road food quality with over-atentive servers. Friendly but pushy. Little too much if you stay there for a few days and there is no 'espace'. Breakfast is basic, instant coffee only. Later in the day they serve cappuccino from their machine but not for breakfast. The guys taking care of the beach are very friendly and help you anytime you need anything. Great service here.
Overall, good location with limitations in regards to accomodation and food quality. Would probably pick a different place to stay next time.
