the worst hotel I've ever been too ; water is only from the shower area , this place is a mess, looks way different from the posted images when you book. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any1, have to use your own water to brush your teeth

This place is disgusting. I booked this place through airbnb and only stayed 8 hours. It is unsanitary, and not safe at all. Here is the complaint I wrote to airbnb. I prepaid for 4 nights, and did not receive a refund because the owner is a cruel person. Please avoid this place at all costs.

“I recently checked into an airbnb which was not as described. It was dirty, unsanitary, and unsafe. There was a roach on the ground, and ants on the wall. The fridge was not working at all, and the air conditioner made a loud, unpleasant sound whenever turned on. The kettle provided was stained and moldy, and so was the smell of the room. The curtains were stained and the locks did not work. I believe there were some types of notes on the bed, since each guest received rashes afterwards. We checked out in less than 24 hours, and asked the host for a refund. She told me to tell the staff, which don’t seem to see the problem at all. I can provide photos. Please accept my claim for a refund as this was the most disgusting and unpleasant experience”

After, the lady decided to write me a review also, filled with lies and untrue comments.
“Very rubbish guests, family room, they check in four very fat women . finished check in thet began to all corners of the land take pictures to find problems, about the color of the air conditioning or curtain have a small black spots ,their requires is that all facilities are must all new,and can't there is a little stain in tropical countries should not have a gecko also can not see any ants and mosquitoes, sorry really can't do that, Then they began to appeal the platform refund said have mosquito , have a stain on the curtain, air conditioning is too old ,bathroom door is too tight, room is too small, a variety of reasons is the most important is never find any staff after they check in, just go to find platform return money. Stay one day want return all the money. I hope every host will be careful this customer. Pay attention.”

This was my response.
“Firstly, we did not check in “four very fat women.” It was two males and two females. Either way, fat or not, it doesn’t matter. What you said about fat people reveals your judgmental personality and I hope you lose guests due to your lack of humanism. Everything we took pictures of were serious issues that should be fixed. This place is absolutely unsanitary. There should not be a line of ants in a room, or a cockroach zooming around the room. NEVER in my review did I say ANYTHING about mosquitoes or geckos. This information is straight up false and not credible. Most of the information you provided is incorrect. I did not say the bathroom door is “too tight”, I said that the locks are broken and the door could not even close. I also did not say the air conditioning is “old”, I revealed that it was making an unpleasant, grinding, loud noise the whole time it was on. Never did I mention the room was small. Don’t know where you got that. Of course I wanted all my money back, I prepaid for 4 nights and only stayed for 8 hours. I deserve my money back. Next time, pay attention to the place you list, and actually live in the country that you are listing so you can see what this place actually looks like.”

She also sent me a private message telling me that I should’ve never booked this place if the room was too small for 4 people. (Something I never complained about) She listed this place for four people, and none of the staff said anything when they saw that four people were going to check in.
