Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

8 I understand that previously the road from the hotel to the sea was convenient and direct, but now you need to return to the second line and go around it. Less convenient, but not critical

Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

Despite being directly at the busy beach of Patong the atmosphere is completely peaceful and relaxed. The pools are very nice, suitable for kids and all facilities are extremely clean

Nice location near to hard rock restaurant phuket. Superior breakfast with lots of choice. Only demerit can't use all swimming pool. Would have choose better room that can use all

Recommed the private villa’s with own pool, great for couples without kids

The rooms were very comfortable and bed super soft. We had a pool facing room that was fantastic for a moring swim daily

The hotel is located right across the Patong Beach It is very convenient to go anywhere and many restaurants near the hotel Pool is also great

I recently stayed at the Four Points in Patong and had a mixed experience. The hotel grounds are beautiful — the pool and common areas are very well kept and give off a relaxing vibe

Now, let’s talk about the breakfast — absolutely amazing! Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. If you stay here, make sure breakfast is included — it’s worth it. One downside was the poolside service

The buffet breakfast is fantastic! Every morning there was a new cuisine and something exciting to try. Honestly 1 of the best breakfast buffet i have ever had! Overall we had a great stay here

The location is solid too — right across the street from the beach, although the beach was closed for most of my stay. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, so it’s still a convenient spot overall

A special shout out to Fun who greeted us as we checked in and was so helpful and kind to Fon from the pool bar who was an exceptional person who catered for our every need

Other food served through Room Service/Pool Bar was great though. - Location was great as it was near the beach and had access to a food street and many local convenience stores. - Pool was very clean and nice

The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, day tours, beaches, and so much more. This was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. Will definitely be back some day!

One which leads to the beach at the front and the second an exit towards the town and is situated perfectly. Will definitely stay again at Graceland next time we are in Thailand

We would recommend the hotel for its location and food, but strongly advise guests not to leave any valuables or coupons in the room unattended, as the staff response to such issues was quite unhelpful

Some of our belongings went missing from the room when it was cleaned in our absence. In addition, our beer coupons, which were part of the package, also went missing

* They could have improved the bathroom design (it was ltl bad design). It's spacious but no bathtub and the shower pipe was not in good condition. We were on the 6th floor and the view was good

The breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of options that will meet anyone's needs and personal preference. The gym has regular towels as well as chilling towel. The equipment is new without any signs of tear

High quality resort vacation if you are into that. Good and drinks at the venue is quite expensive for Thailand and yoh have to add a total of 600 bath back and forth to Patong beach for alternatives

Pools at the resort are fantastic as are the grounds. Caters for young families, couples etc. - my wife and I were on a week's getaway, and we were made to feel very welcome

We live in the sea view room. We wake up with wonderful ocean view. But the hotel restaurant is just normal and not impressive. I will give credit to gentle and helpful staff.

Liked the fact that this hotel is a few minutes taxi ride away from the bustle of Patong beach - so you have the best of both worlds - the relaxing atmosphere of the resort with its own little pristine and beautiful private beach and bay, then all the fun and night life of Patong close by

The only down side is that it is a bit far from the center were you can buy snacks and basic necessary thing for a long stay, but the hotel does offer a free shuttle service

But all staff amazingly friendly. Gym is well equipped and the pool is massive, so you can get plenty of exercise. Breakfast choices are well stocked and more than enough to fill up the biggest of bellies

Absolutely loved this hotel, we took a Cabana room which looked out onto the swimming pool, with our own private jacuzzi. Service is excellent, they seem to love changing towels twice a day for whatever reason

Sometimes it can seem loud within the room from hallway or poolside noises randomly throughout the day and night. Breakfast is one of the best buffets ever experienced

This worked fine for us being a family of four with two small children. We enjoyed five nights in a two-bedroom Ocean View Villa. The room was excellent being clean and tidy with superb views

This Resort is perched on the headland just south of Patong Beach the views are superb but these views come at a cost: steep land. Be prepared to use shuttles to travel around the resort

We loved our stay at the Kee resort ! We stayed 8 girls and the hotel always had fun music and activities on. The pool bar was great! They also had a bell you could ring which meant drinks for everyone

The Kee Resort holds such a special place in my heart. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and care from every single staff member made us feel like family

We used the facilities during the day taking advantage of happy hours at both pools and taking lunch at the garden pool most days. We were a 3 generation group and the menu satisfied us all

The hotel itself is comfy, with friendly happy staff, great breakfast buffet and loads of amenities ie: awesome huge pool with pool bar, splash pool, loungers and comfy rooms

If you are like me coming from west to asia and not sure what to eat in thailand this hotel is great for it. They make great pizza! It is a green hotel also pools are great

Oooh and the Oriental Spa in the hotel is so relaxing and treatments so well priced, not forgetting the amazing foot rubs and skill of the staff. Deevana Patong Resort n Spa is definitely on my return to Thailand list 💯🔥

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in September. Well maintained facility with beautiful garden and two swimming pools. Buffet breakfast with a big variety to choose from

Room service was great and when we settled our account at check out the cost worked out about 24000 TBH, about £90 per head (for 14 days, we had drinks through the day lunch each day, an evening meal in the restaurant and a room service meal one night)

Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a balcony overlooking one of the beautiful pools. The bed was plush and comfortable, and we slept soundly each night

Speaking of pools, the resort has three gorgeous swimming pools (each with a swim-up bar), so finding a spot to relax was never an issue

Booked 2 rooms for the hotels and they arranged 2 connecting rooms at the poolside which is a very nice courtesy arrangement. Rooms and toilet are clean, beds are so comfortable

The pool side food was NOT GOOD! Seemed like they gave me left overs from the breakfast buffet. The air conditioner in the room couldn’t be adjusted and it was too cold. When turned off, the room was too warm
