A standard family-friendly hotel. Even though the Christmas prices were outrageous, it mostly met this mom's need to relax while traveling with kids. We didn't leave the hotel for two days and the kids were never bored, playing until they instantly fell asleep every night.

The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the hotel's restaurant and facilities were all excellent. The only downside is the average location; even with the shuttle bus, it takes over 20 minutes to get to Patong Beach, and Karon Beach is even further. If you choose this hotel, you can temporarily set aside other plans and just enjoy your stay.

Stayed here 5 times over the years . Every year breakfast is more chaotic with kids running around unsupervised . Not ideal when walking with hot tea, coffee etc . The toaster is terrible it’s basically warm bread no colour not even toasted . I must say the staff are all pleasant and do a good job especially Jay in pool bar .

The deluxe room is really spacious. Just 0.5 km away from patong beach and the street. You will find many Indian in the hotel. All the shops, 7/11is just in walking distance. Breakfast is good and just one thing they deposit 2000 Bhatt at check in. And give us back when we check out if everything is good at room. Indian breakfast options are also there.. not great but ok ok.

The best part about the stay is their location. Everything is just a walking distance away from the hotel. If you want enjoy phuket, This is the place to be. The rooms are very big, the breakfast is nice. The Resort is well connected to Bang la Road and Patong Beach. The pool side area is also very nicely built. Great location! But the resort is very old. The rooms and the interiors where below the 3 star standards. They also ask you to pay refundable deposit during your checkin. Never experienced this before.

The location is great for this resort . Rooms are small but the overall property is big. Breakfast options are decent. Room service was good. There is a back door gate to Bangla street which saves time.
