Pretty decent rooms, modern with nice balconies. Reception is manned 24hrs. You have to pay 1000 THB deposit on checking in. Hotel is located in an alley where no cars are allowed so the taxi has to park on the very busy main road 30 meters away. Kind staff, they can help you carry your luggage up to the 4th floor because there are no elevators.

The hotel is quite conveniently located, though it might be a bit tricky to find at first since it's in a courtyard. But overall, that wasn't a problem; we quickly remembered the right turn. The room was cleaned every day. You can tell the hotel is a bit older and showing some wear and tear in places, but it's acceptable.

The rooms are clean and satisfactory, nothing to brilliant, you can get them with or without window and balcony. What really makes this hotel amazing is the reception staff! I booked a single room, but unfortunately, the windows faced the road, so it was hard to fall asleep at night. Otherwise, I didn't have any major complaints. I chose this room because there were no other options available during my stay. Room cleaning and towel changes only happened when I specifically requested them. Located in a quiet area and close to everything with a seven eleven and a good massage shop just nearby. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is always available for you. There is also a swimming pool at the top of the hotel and you can rent your motorbike here also. I can only recommend this place !

It is good. Has a homely vibe. Also has a rooftop pool. The lady at the reception is so cooperative. We are loving our stay here. It has a home made Indian veg food restaurant also so nearby that made our stay so comfortable. Also had a 7/11 just outside the hotel and spa services also. The motorbike services are also provided by the hotel at a very decent price.

We had a great stay! A 2 minute walk from the main Bangla street, Friendly staff, clean room, everything you need. Staff was present at all hours to assist with anything needed. Sham was very knowledgeable about the area and offers great insight on what to do during your time in Patong.

Oh, this was an interesting experience. First, they sent me to wait for check-in and then completely forgot about me. Second, at 7 AM, the fire alarm in the room blared, triggered by smoke that wasn't actually there. Otherwise, the hotel has a good location relative to all the nightlife spots. We did not stay in the rooms as we only booked our excursions through her and she organised us a taxi for airport transfer. After comparing to other agents her prices were really good. For a single person who can adapt, the hotel offers a spacious room with a large, comfortable bed, spacious closets, and a decent bathroom. The cleanliness is adequate. A few issues arose, but they were quickly resolved by the staff.
