Great hotel with nice amenities. Two large pools, close to the nightlife.. Just remember there are 8 or 9 Andaman hotels in Patong alone.. Don't put the wrong one in your GPS and start walking and have your phone die and lose your passport. A standard family-friendly hotel. Even though the Christmas prices were outrageous, it mostly met this mom's need to relax while traveling with kids. We didn't leave the hotel for two days and the kids were never bored, playing until they instantly fell asleep every night.

The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the hotel's restaurant and facilities were all excellent. The only downside is the average location; even with the shuttle bus, it takes over 20 minutes to get to Patong Beach, and Karon Beach is even further. If you choose this hotel, you can temporarily set aside other plans and just enjoy your stay.

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine. Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht.

I booked the Jacuzzi deluxe room for one night. It has an amazing ocean view 😍 the shower is outside and the jacuzzi’s water was cold. Found little insects in the bathroom 🐜. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet-style breakfast had various dishes and it was delicious. I would not go back again but still had a nice night. Also didn’t get the chance to try the outside pool🙁

A truly wonderful stay. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I particularly loved the room's design and layout. I'd even go so far as to say the service rivals that of luxury brands like Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton.
