Having the dreakfast and watching to the ocean views, Amazing views and All the meals are very delicious. All the managers and staff are very friendly and helpful with welcoming people

This may be the best thing of this hotel. The swimming pool are nice too, very big and the temperature is good. To conclude, it’s not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. Beautiful room (we had Spa room with ocean view), friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amenities

very clean & well kept with two great swimming pools where towels are provided for guests using the area. Our room was of a decent size with air conditioning, doorbell fridge/ mini bar /snacks

To help with this there is actually a shuttle service which constantly operates from reception transporting guests to & from those higher rooms where acsess can only be made by that steep incline

Beautiful location and staff at Diamond Cliff. After a long flight, the welcome drink lifted our spirits right away. Our Jacuzzi room overlooked the ocean, was spacious and incredibly comfortable bed

We are just back from a fabulous Two week stay at Diamond Cliff. The Hotel is situated high up off a busy road opposite the beach & just a short walk from the main promenade

Fairly near Bangla road just a 5 min walk, showers good and powerful and hot,Manager Tar was very helpful. Would definitely stay again,Food was good,And they done a free bbq which was nice of them

Great place. Everything is close if you need it. Restaurants, pharmacy, 7/11, clinic. Just a short walk to Bangla road if that's your pleasure or go south to OTOP. Very helpful staff. Will come again.

We stayed as a family of five at Holiday Inn Karon and it was a truly magical and wonderful time! The children were overjoyed with the activities and the children's pool located conveniently opposite the playroom

She was the highlight of the hotel! Tom, who is another worker in the holiday, always with an infections smile and a surprise toy for the children

Interesting that most of the recent negative reviews were atleast partially true, but still this place delivered a pretty good holiday experience for a family holiday with 2 kids and 2 senior citizens

The Restaurant was amazing with super helpful staffs and the pools were the best attraction. Rooms were huge but very old style. No carpet and the washroom was average too.

The food at Som’s Kitchen was excellent; we loved the curries and Pad Thais. The strawberry daiquiri is a must! Staff were friendly and greeted our children by name. Our only regret was not staying longer

The room looked good after the upgrade, but the only downside was that rooms facing the street were too noisy; the bar across the road sang all night, making it impossible to sleep

The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the play facilities were new and suitable for children of all ages!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Karon Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby

The front desk service was excellent; they proactively offered me a room with a better view. Both check-in and check-out were super fast

It was a great experience! There are plenty of dining options nearby, the beach isn't far, and it's close to the Cliff Restaurant too

Traveling as a family of five, we had to book two rooms. The hotel rooms were even worse than a budget hotel like Home Inn in China, but we tolerated it for the proximity to Karon Beach

the aquatic and underwater scooters in the pool are a fantastic concept and extremely fun for children

The room is large and had a great sea view with some nice sunsets. However, the sound proofing is awful. There was a lot of noise coming from both the lobby and the pool area. The rooms really need a refurb

Unfortunately this was a common theme. We noticed a pool table in the lobby and I was excited to have a few games. The pool cues are broken, the table is awful and all the balls just end up at the sides

We had an overall very good stay at Novotel Kata Avista. There was one unpleasant incident during our stay which I prefer not to detail here, as it was handled professionally and elegantly by the reception team

A lot of the furniture is cheap, hollow and outdated. Things are awkwardly placed as well e. to open the curtains you need to undo the curtain tie which is right below the ceiling lamp and I banged my head on it

We also only had one towel returned to us and one day they took the bath mat and we had to ask for it back! The breakfast was quite poor. There is no air con in the breakfast area or the lobby

Stunning rooms, a really cool pool that runs throughout the hotel, and the best breakfast we’ve ever had traveling. This place also has the nicest gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel

Love this hotel! I really love the environment — very natural and calm. The room looks a bit old, but it’s big and I like that it has a bathtub and direct pool access

None of the TV channels are in English but you’re on vacation so you should be watching tv anyways, and almost all the staff speak perfect English (a few exceptions that are still learning English) It’s not right against Kata beach but it’s an easy walk and they offer a shuttle every day

The staff named Wee (not sure if I got the name right) was very kind and took good care of my baby. She was lovely and my baby enjoyed it so much

As a hotel, this place is great. The rooms have high ceilings, look super modern and have all the amenities you need. If you have a pool access room you get to slip into the pool whenever you want

The soundproofing is excellent; even though there's a kids' pool and water slide right outside, there's no noise, it's very quiet. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich

This family room was one of the few we could find at this price point. The water slide was great, but you need to wear beach socks to protect your feet

The family room on the seventh floor was generally good. It wasn't damp, had a nice view, and the overall cleanliness was decent, though a few small bugs are to be expected in a tropical region

The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow. I can understand why though; being so close to the beach, I brought back quite a bit of sand after swimming, so it makes sense why it might get clogged

The only downside was that the bunk beds got quite hot in the late afternoon sun. Overall, it's a very good value-for-money family hotel

Had a family holiday here for a week. The staff were amazing and spacious rooms. The swimming pool and slides were awesome to keep the kids entertained. The only negative was the buffet breakfast which was average

Since our child was small, their breakfast was included at no extra charge. The main advantage is that the hotel is very conveniently located near the beach and the environment is quiet

The sinks, showers, and toilets all drained smoothly; we didn't encounter the common problems often found in older hotels. For the soaring hotel prices in Phuket, this place offers pretty good value for money

The other with dumbells, kettlebells, and strength training machines. Pool is decent and lots of beach chairs provided. Downside is noise might be noticeable if you are light sleeper

As it is so near to Bangla street where parties are usually on till midnights. Also there was some renovation work going on, they did it in the afternoon. Bath tub is a little small but just nice for petite

Strategic location for sure, easy access to everywhere. Walking distance to beach, shopping malls, plenty shops nearby

Even if we had to go further places, motorbike rental shops are just outside of the hotel, allowing easy rental and return. Well equipped gym room, one for cardio exercises with treadmill, rowing machine etc

We got a lovely room with incredible views of the city and ocean. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Loved the pool with the bar.

Facing west, we were treated to stunning sunsets every evening as we headed out for dinner. One of the hotel's pools also faces the beach, making for a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing swim

Everything you need as a tourist is within walking distance. Pharmacies, spas, bike rentals, and even a 7-Eleven are all nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. The pool area is large and relaxing

There’s also another pool area that faces the lively Patong street, which gives a nice mix of relaxation and atmosphere. Overall, the resort really lives up to its 5-star standard

The hotel is right by Patong Beach, and it has a pool that faces the beach directly. The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable

The breakfast is also fantastic! The service is superb, with staff helping to carry luggage to the room

The hotel does serve pork, but I was informed that all chicken and beef are sourced from halal butchers and prepared according to halal guidelines. Of course, best to proceed based on your own comfort level

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is 2 blocks from Bangla road, and about 3-4 blocks from Otop(shopping). The pool is kept clean and there are towels provided

We stayed in a ground floor room with private pool access, the room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety

With three large swimming pools on-site, we can easily move to another one if the first becomes too crowded

No fresh fruits in the smoothies and cocktails were like just drinking water with a splash of taste. The room we stayed was ok,not a new one but everyday maids came to clean. Breakfast was good for a 4star hotel

The bed in my room is king size. There are multiple restaurants and bars. Burasari Spa, on-site spa offering traditional Thai massages, treatments, and wellness packages in a tranquil setting

Not big and good variety of marmalades though but full of local food and soups. The noodle soup in the show cooking spot was fantastic and so did the stir fried noodles

The team is warm, welcoming, and especially kind with children, which made our stay with our baby noticeably easier. Staff interactions were a clear highlight

Overall, the hotel experience was good. The pools in buildings 1, 2, and 3 are interconnected. The kids' pool is located between buildings 1 and 2, while the adult pool with a swim-up bar is between buildings 2 and 3

The kids' club also offers childcare, and the staff are incredibly patient with the little ones, even if they don't speak English. There's a fantastic array of activities for both children and adults

The pizza at the Italian restaurant was delicious, and the beachfront restaurant had the best ambiance and service. The pool's happy hour from 4-6 PM is definitely worth checking out for a drink

The room was a bit of a let down, I would personally suggest going with the upgraded room with pool access. Our room was comfortable but just looked worn down (normal wear and tear). Food and entertainment excellent

A 7-Eleven is right next door as well, which makes everything super convenient. The only small downside is that you’ll need to take a taxi to get to the beach. Other than that, everything was great

Located on a hill with no footpath either side of the road so you need transport to go anywhere but they offer a free hourly shuttle into Jungceylon Mall until 5pm daily

They were also good to provide hand towels and wash clothes however I’ve never had to ask for any hotel to provide them after checking in. They were expected to be there already. The hotel provides shuttle to Patong

Jacuzzi looked dirty so was never used. Staff were great with the exception of one of the porters who was quite rude our whole trip and we complained about

The restaurant was so over priced and the food was below standard, I tasted better out of a microwave to be honest 🙄 the location of it was not good as on a hill there was no walk way to get down to the local shop which was a 15min walk but almost impossible to walk to due to the ongoing traffic and no pavements, it was scary

The quality of the hotel was not the best, dodgy flooring, chipped plates given at the restaurants and the air conditioning was not working in the room, the engineer came out and fixed this but by the next night it was blowing out hot air again

With two pools , a gym which still works it is a decent place to stay . The property is very well maintained and gives you happiness with good views , quality standards . I would recommend staying patong resort

We had an amazing experience at Patong beach hotel. We stayed there for 10 nights. I was pregnant at the time, and staff took great care of me. Sky brought me oranges and mangoes everyday, on the breakfast table
