As it is so near to Bangla street where parties are usually on till midnights. Also there was some renovation work going on, they did it in the afternoon. Bath tub is a little small but just nice for petite

Even if we had to go further places, motorbike rental shops are just outside of the hotel, allowing easy rental and return. Well equipped gym room, one for cardio exercises with treadmill, rowing machine etc

On our first night, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Sears & Co. Bar and Grill, which had a buffet carving night at a very reasonable price. They served a variety of meats, chicken, salmon, and other dishes

However, upon check-in, the receptionist really went the extra mile to accommodate my request and managed to get me the room I wanted. I didn’t manage to catch her name, but truly appreciate the effort

The hotel does serve pork, but I was informed that all chicken and beef are sourced from halal butchers and prepared according to halal guidelines. Of course, best to proceed based on your own comfort level

Everything you need as a tourist is within walking distance. Pharmacies, spas, bike rentals, and even a 7-Eleven are all nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. The pool area is large and relaxing

It’s not directly beachfront, but just a short walk across the road and you’re there. There are also plenty of halal food stalls right in front of the hotel, along with many eateries nearby

Room was awesome (family room) my kids had their own room and we had the master room. Recommended for people with kids. beach is in front of the hotel. Also, it has a swimming pool with the beach view

We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Phuket and it's definitly the best. The hotel has a prime location. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, which is perfect for those who love the sun, sand, and sea

Great hotel with nice amenities. Two large pools, close to the nightlife. Just remember there are 8 or 9 Andaman hotels in Patong alone

Don't put the wrong one in your GPS and start walking and have your phone die and lose your passport. This place is a maze to navigate with GPS and next to impossible without it unless you're very familiar and read Thai

The reception team are always so helpful and welcoming - Fun has always made sure we are happy with everything. Ton the luggage concierge is great too he welcomes us every time

We had a ground room at block 5 and it was were very clean and hygienic. It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very rich with a wide variety of choices. The hotel is just a few steps from patong beach

Fantastic location- short walk to beach, Bangla Rd, shopping centre, massage and bars. Room was spacious with nice size balcony. Breakfast was awesome with American, Thai, Japanese and Indian options available

We had an amazing experience at Patong beach hotel. We stayed there for 10 nights. I was pregnant at the time, and staff took great care of me. Sky brought me oranges and mangoes everyday, on the breakfast table

This is like a little oasis in the middle of busy Patong Beach, it is a couple of minutes walk from Bangla Road markets, restaurants and bars

Review is based on price I paid, which was 55 euro a night. If i would paid more, then I would not rate it 5 stars. The room is oke, but they dont have wardrobe or closet to put your clothes in

If you want to be in the center of the action with everything you need right outside your door, this is the place. Everyone was friendly, genuinely helpful, and tried their best to assist with any request

You have to live out of your suitcase. Housekeeping does make up your room every day, but they dont really clean. The same hair or dust partical will stay at the same place during your stay

My room was watching the road side, which was noisy but did not bother me. Aircon works good and is quiet. Overall I was happy for the price I paid

We were not provided with a robe, and slippers had to be specifically requested. Also, only two small bottles of complimentary water per day are provided, with a charge for any extras, which feels low for this tier

If you want a view of the ocean request top floor closer to the beach. Personally I think the rooms 1 level up with pool view look great

Central to everything in Pa Tong. 2 minutes to Bangla Rd, 1 minute walk to the beach. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choices and different everyday. Room is spacious and family room is located at ground floor

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the swimming pool. Since it is located on the rooftop, there is very little shade during the day, which makes it a bit difficult to enjoy swimming under the strong sun

It was a great stay at Beyond patong hotel, Spacious rooms, everything was so nearby, beach just 2 mins walk, lots of Indian , Turkish, Italian restaurants just within 500 mtrs, Bangla road just 5-6 mins walk

Very close to every spots in Pa Tong area. All walking distance for sure. Hotel offers beach towels and bag as well for you to enjoy the moment in the beach! I felt room was little humidity.

Love the location and the layout of the room. It’s extremely clean and a comfortable big bed. Basic toiletries are provided. Check in was fuss free.

The pool was very nice, building works is happening around which was a shame. The room was large but no view unfortunately on most rooms.

Pros: perfect location just in a middle of everything, but in the same time its cozy, quite and peaceful. Cons: no walk-in shower in room, only bathtub with a rather inconvenient and even dangerous entrance (see photo)

The location and price/value are the best things this gem has to offer. The garden concept is nice, but the floor becomes wet and slippery when it rains since there’s no roof covering the path to the rooms

Everything was great! 👍 It would be perfect if they had self-service laundry. In Thailand, washing clothes every day is the biggest challenge, and drying them is also very inconvenient

They have their own parking space. They also provide moderate breakfast at just 150 thb. The only drawback they have is there are so many bars at the outdoor which are open till late night

Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay I absolutely love this hotel! Every time we used the "Do Not Disturb" button, the housekeeper respected our privacy and left a thoughtful note, ensuring we knew when she would return to clean the room

I was already getting back late, and from 2 AM onwards, motorbikes were zooming past every minute. Every two or three minutes, there'd be an even louder one. I'd suggest giving everyone earplugs before they check in!

This is our go-to hotel in Phuket every year. The location is absolutely unbeatable! You can walk to Patong Beach, Banzaan Market, Jungceylon, and Bangla Road. The nearest 7-Eleven is just a five-minute stroll away

The room itself was pretty good. My only slight issue was that the lobby was open-air with no air conditioning, and the hallway outside the room also lacked AC. But honestly, it wasn't a huge problem.

It's only around 10 minutes walking distance to Patong beach. Staffs are very polite and helpful. They even serve clients Icy towel and cold water when they return back to hotel due to hot weather

The hotel is not new but we chose it for its location. We couldnt sleep well on the 1st night as our room on the 4th floor was facing the Bangla night spots and the music was loud all night till early morning

The hotel staff was nice to change it for us the next day and it was much better. We could still hear some noise from the open air car park behind us. Our verdict is try to stay further away next time
