In a building next to the main one. It's currently being refurbished but there's no noise problems for us. Brand new rooms etc and everything seems pretty good. The rooms don't seem to be cleaned in a hurry though, it was about 4pm by the time ours was down, although they had taken the bins outside by 2pm so entered the room on more than one occasion. Also the main door is intermittently working and the electrics for it are a bit scary... And it's not locked and also currently unattended so anybody could enter the building and lifts to the room floors. Breakfast is alright, nothing special and after 2 days of the same thing I'm sure I'll be bored of the same meal soon. These aren't really complaints, just observations. Overall I'm quite pleased with the hotel and the value for money.

For the price per night, I can't fault this guesthouse, your room is cleaned daily, staff are very friendly and helpful the beds are comfortable and its a 10-15 minute walk to the beach depending on your pace. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice place to stay for the cost. Well situated not far from Bangla road. Friendly staff. Nice food. During my stay my connection to the outside world (WiFi) they were having problems with it. The bed was lumpy and hard, but when you're in Patong you're generally not sober that much so didn't matter on those nights.
