A nice guest house close to everything in Hua Hin. The Guest house is very clean and great value for money. The family who own it were very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

It's a little bit away from the core of town but still within walking distance or a short scooter ride. This is a small place run by a lovely local lady so service is personal and friendly

Second time staying here and it won't be my last. Incredible price for a clean, quality room with a super comfortable bed

A good guesthouse for the price. The bed is a little hard, but overall you can sleep. Cleaning is done every two days, as are towels. , and you can hear them clearly in the room, which was sometimes annoying

Inexpensive guest house, the price/quality corresponds, a couple of days I had to come by navigator, because I had to get there by narrow streets

The location is excellent, a maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the sea. The room is spacious, clean, and water is provided daily. There's a mosque nearby, so you can hear it all in the morning

The hotel is located between Roads 2 and 3 at the very beginning of Patong Beach, if you're coming from the airport. It's a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the sea

And the roosters chirped like in a village, but it didn't bother me. Keep in mind that you need to leave a 500 baht deposit; you'll get it back upon check-out

Hot and cold water, a refrigerator, a kettle, and internet access are available in the room. The room is spacious and has a balcony

The location is only 600 to 700 meters away from Jiangxi Leng and Banzan Seafood Market. It is very convenient for travel. The proprietress said that it can be rented monthly in the off-season at a cost-effective price

Although the facilities are simple, the overall situation is very good. The proprietress is Chinese and the service attitude is very good. There is a 711, a cafe, a bakery, a restaurant, etc

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a homely feel. It's excellent! There are many dining options nearby.

The accommodation is clean, fully equipped, and quiet.

It is very suitable for friends who come to live here

The overall condition of the room was not the best, it really needs some renovation. But considering the price and location it was a real bargain

I stayed here for a week. 5 star service for 2 star prices. Everything is close. I really LOVED my stay here. Only had one issue and that was the cars on the road with loud exhausts as the hotel is right in the road

The "Mom" hostess is the best, she gave me the best tips of tours to the islands around and in Phi Phi too! Great localization, near the viewpoint, the wonderful Garlic restaurant and the Slinky bar

The lady who runs it is the sweetest and most accomodating person. This guest house isn't dirty and it old and stained though and you get what you pay for. I will come back here again

I stayed here 14 years ago with a group of friends as we travelled through Asia, 14 years later I came with my wife and 2 kids and it's just as perfect as it was back then, location is spot on, off the main strip so you escape the noise and hustle and bustle but close enough that everyois walkable, beach is a 5 to 7 min walk, 7/11 convenience store is a 1 min walk, amazing restaurant on the opposite...

The owner/woman in charge is still the same as all those years ago and she's just great super friendly and helpful

If you are booking for high season and everywhere else is expensive, you might want to consider a hostel. I didn't do that because hostels can be noisy, but this place is just the same. Even earplugs didn't help much

Popeye Guesthouse is a nece choice for budget travellers. All rooms are on the ground floor, so some rooms's window are corridor view, not open to outside view, so ventilation of some rooms are not so good

Room is spacious with clean bathroom. Entrance of the guesthouse is motorbike rental and Laundry shop. Great location with restaurants

It is really really close to Ao Nang beach (5-minute walk) and it is next to the best bar I have never been (Dream Bar, run by a lovely owner) and a fast and efficient laundry service

The shower pressure and consistent temperature was better than at 5* hotels, the staff were lovely and it’s also in a great location. very basic hotel and a little noisy but overall well worth the value:)

Mouse droppings on the bed, pillow, and (broken) table were not a pleasant surprise. Especially considering that the cheaper room was quite clean. The cheaper room didn't have a window, so I couldn't stay there overnight

This hotel is very conveniently located and the owners are super sweet. I was able to stay there my first weeks in Thailand and I felt so safe and taken care of by the owners

The room was extremely cramped, with no space to walk around. The bed was old, and all the furniture, sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dated. You could feel the springs poking through the mattress when you lay down

The location is ideal for getting around, but the building is terrible. I asked the reception staff to change my room because there's water leaks everywhere, and they were quick to help

There are no tissues in the toilet paper, you cant charge your phone in the room. The guesthouse is in the party street so you can hear the noise the whole night.

Our room #2 had a fan, comfortable bed, private bathroom with hot shower. Small room with a chair & small vanity desk. Nothing fancy, 300 baht per night, which was good for us

The common space upstairs has shared outdoor kitchen area & lounging. The view of the temple & walking street nightlife is the highlight of this guesthouse. Easy walk to walking street, 7 eleven, & restaurants

Great little place in Ayuthaya. Our host was very helpful and he even rented us bikes. Very close to the historical park (which we explored cycling) and the limited night life of ayuthaya.

Walking distance to wat Mahathat and other attractions, and also the Bang Lan night market. Very nice small cottages and a reception/dining area surrounding a small pond. We were glad we had moskito repellent

Clean, sanitary and quiet environment. The front desk service is also very friendly. The location is very good, Maha Temple, Balai Boat Noodles, and Salang, a local restaurant, are all within a 15-minute walk

Well positioned Hotel with possibility to rent bikes for the day (60 bht), small swimming pool and enjoyable breakfast this can be a good choice for a short stay in the area

A pretty location, bungalows around a small pool with shadow trees and a small bridge to the reception/breakfast area. There is a nice pool on the back of the location

Baan Luang Harn is a lovely little place to stay in Ayutthaya. We had a Deluxe Bungalow, which was so sweet, very clean, and had all we needed for a 2 night stay with good air-conditioning and a nice shower

I really enjoyed staying at Kamala’s guesthouse. It was well-located but still quiet with some great cafes nearby. The rooms were comfortable, moderately priced and attractive

In addition, I found the staff lovely and helpful. It was a great refuge from the heat and busyness of downtown Chiangmai. Finally, it also features ancient stupa (Chedi) on its doorstep

Cute place in a neighborhood with lots of street food, and within a 10 minute walk to the Sunday night market. Staff were extremely friendly and you get a 10% discount with them if you book tours through them

Location is good, service is good and the patrons are decent. It is value for money and you'll find a lot of options for activities at the front desk (though it is quite possible to find better deals online)

Only complaints I had were that there never seemed to be enough hot water for an actual hot shower and holes in the ceiling. But all of that was for an extremely good price

Oasis with little garden in the yard. Fresh fruits, bread and eggs for breakfast. Nice clean rooms - very nice and bright at 1st floor, ok on basement floor.

A hidden gem in heart of Phuket old town.  Wonderful stay.  Chic property.  Professional staff.  Strongly recommended for couples.

The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The traditional Thai-style house has air conditioning. Cons: across the river, there are loud parties that go on until 4 a. , and it's so loud it's impossible to sleep

The guest house must haave have seen its better days. The location is very near walking street. It needs a good make over to restore its former shine.

The window was open, and the lock was broken, so it was very cold in the room in the evening and at night. I covered the window with a jacket, but it didn't help much

There's hot water, but the stream is almost cold, making it impossible to wash. There are cracks and holes everywhere, letting mosquitoes in

The location is far. Grab can't drive us to the guesthouse and we had to walk.

We stayed there for 3 days and we've been given complimentary water just once on the first day and that too 2 small bottles for 3 members. The best thing is this place is right next to Khaosan road

The people at the front desl are very kind and helpful, even though they don't all speak English, but it's easy to communicate because of how kind they are

If something didn't work, which can happen in Thailand, like the water, the communication from the host was proactive and you could feel that the situation was unpleasant for him even though it wasn't his fault

Fantastic Stay at GW Guest House! I had an incredible experience staying at GW Guest House. The rooms were spotless and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay

A hidden gem, or at least it must have been at some point, as by now the word has to be out that this is a fantastic place to stay, in an awesome location with attentive staff

Most importantly the bathroom was modern, great facilities, which sounds perfunctory but nah, loads of places fail miserably at this hurdle despite looking ok online, and here the bathroom and shower were brilliant

Overall I would definitely recommend this place, it’s in a very convenient location, minutes walk from so many good places to eat, it puts you in the heart of the action whilst giving you privacy and security

I was scolded by the staff for not having money and not staying there again. They complained because I didn't prepare a key deposit, as it wasn't stated in the room reservation details

You can hear the sound of walking or talking. The receptionist doesn't have a smiling face. If you just want to rest or save money, I recommend it. There is no hair dryer and no refrigerator

Instead of talking nicely, they were harsh. The older staff member spoke rudely. Why get emotional instead of speaking nicely? I stayed two nights, two days, and made two bookings
