It's a modest guesthouse, but their restaurant isn't great and they clean it every day. I liked it for a budget stay of four nights. Kata Beach is nearby, and Karon is just a stone's throw away

As all rooms were booked, reception has told us to stay in their second building across the road - hotel Neptuna Kata. We enjoyed our stay, good price and good location. Hotel has everything for short stay

Some night, you can hear people shouting when they are **** ******* ** ***** ****. Single girl cannot walk thru the ground where the bar is. Only with male, can pass thru

Otherwise one ** the customers request that woman to send that girl to that table. Eventually staff explain that that woman is staying customer in the upstair hotel

A little noisy from the street, but close to Kata and Karon beaches. Daily cleaning, towel changes, and water, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are provided.

Not every place is cleaned every day, so we appreciated that. Sometimes you don't have to run around asking the staff for cleaning or fresh towels

A comfortable apartment with a kitchen, two bedrooms, clean, and fairly quiet, considering it's in Patong. There's an elevator; we were on the 4th floor

We were looking for an affordable hotel in Patong, within walking distance to the sea but in a quiet location, and we definitely chose well

Room was spacious - we booked the room without a living space or dining room which was fine as we ended up eating out most of the time. There was a kitchenette available

Hotel set back from Nainai road so didn’t get all the traffic noise. Close to restaurants, massage and coffee! And Muay Thai training (50ms from RC Rachai) which was our main reason for choosing this location

The hotel is situated in an alley off a busy street, yet the room was quiet, and you could hear birds in the morning. The furniture and interior are traditional Thai

The downsides were our view of an old, unfinished building, and the air conditioning, which smelled bad in the small room when turned on, so we had to make do without it and use a fan

There are many hotels with private beaches around, which we were not allowed to go to. The beach on the embankment is very dirty, there is garbage all around. We stayed for a couple of days in this hotel

The room was cleaned every day and drinking water left in the fridge. Hot water in the shower but not the sink in the bathroom. The room felt very spacious with settee and separate chair with footstool

The bed was large and extremely comfortable. Loads of hanging space in the wardrobe. The room being at the front of the building you did get some noise from the road but it didn't bother me

Had a front facing upstairs room (202) for 8 nights here in January 2018. The room was very comfortable, nice and big, good a/c (very quiet), kitchen area with microwave also large fridge

This is a great place to stay. I was surprised how nice the room was for only 1200 baht a night. I was expecting something old but turned out to be very new

Cape Panwa is a very quiet part of Phuket and with the use of a rental scooter makes a good base for your holiday

Setting is like living in a forest, with comfortable rooms and amazing host and breakfast! Location is not far from all the historical visits with an average of 10-15 mins car ride 😊

Lot's if mosquitos due to the pond in fron of the house, so be prepared and bring some spray. Not a place to stay if you have big luggage, but they have larger suite rooms

It was hard to believe that the cost included breakfast - a delicious breakfast at that! The staff were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this guesthouse if you travel to Kanchannaburi

Very nice guesthouse. Nice clean room, Friendly staff, Stylish. Around 1.9 km from River Kwai Bridge. And around 900 meters from Death Railway Museum and Research Centre and Kanchanaburi War Cemetery

One of the best places we've stayed in our trip to Thailand. The location was excellent with many restaurants and bars around the corner and yet it was a quiet and serene environment

The room was large and included a refrigerator and electric kettle. The view of the river and the perfect temperature pool made it an enjoyable retreat from our daily adventures

And turist places are not so far, you can get them by tuk tuk, but if you want to go to Erawans water fall, the cheap way is by bus, ask to the lady at front desk, they will help you, are very nice

Great budget stay with clean room and a pool. The location is excellent with a lot of eateries nearby. They had a very good breakfast

The Italian host, Andrea, is incredibly warm and attentive, and his espresso is just fantastic!

Hello! We wanted to express our gratitude to the owner of this hotel! He personally helped us check in. Everything at the hotel is excellent. We stayed one night and had to extend our stay due to a flight delay

All the rooms were occupied, but the kind owner of this hotel found a place for us. He helped us so much 🙏 We recommend this hotel; it's conveniently located with everything nearby

And this place is not hard to find because it's not far from the main road. And next time if I will visit Phuket again I planned to stay here again

Firstly, make sure you use google maps when finding this place as apple maps will take you to a random street 10 minute walk away from the hostel!  When we arrived we were told to take our shoes off (very normal for thailand) but we were told we HAD to keep them downstairs and couldn’t carry them up to our room (wasn’t a fan of this)

Clean and very peaceful. You can enjoy with a new friends from hostel around this place.

The hotel location is good, it is in old town area and near tourist attractions. The room cleanliness was acceptable. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly

Near the old city. Just like a hostel but with private room and private shower. Very basic amenities. Room is quite dark and musky.

One thing to be improved was WiFi, it was able to connect but it was not stable and slow

The bathrooms is like a retro throw back - very random tile work. Aussie touch - check out the nail hammering table. If you are looking for high end, charming this isn't for you. Complimentary filtered water

I did like the lock up boxes in the room. The pool is nice for a quick dip, it has sun shades. We didn't need the A/C but we did use the fan. I like the added touch of the elephant artwork on the walls

If you like to party, even better as around the corner it is party central - that means there will be noise. Luckily the room comes equipped with ear plugs. 3 prong plugs so easy to charge stuff up

Lonely Beach, Koh Chang is an interesting part of the island. If you are looking for budget accommodations and a safe and comfortable place to stay check out Carpe Diem

Loved it! Staff are great, well located for bars, cafes, shops and beach. We ended up staying here for 2 weeks - it was just so clean and comfy and convenient. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location in terms of everything being walking distance like great food spots, 7/11, bars, beach and excersions

However it is located right on a strip so it is extremely loud on a night, we changed rooms after our first night as we literally could not fall asleep. The rooms are clean and modern

If you don’t really like to go out, you should probably avoid this hostel, it’s only because you can hear loud music until early in the morning. So if you are going out every night, this won’t be a problem for you

There is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to 7elven. This hostel really saved us because we accidentally messed up our booking at a different hostel, and had basically no where to go

The bathrooms are a bit disgusting. Some people in the hostel didn’t know how to flush and keep the bathroom clean, which made it disgusting. Overall they do clean the rooms everyday

Located in chinatown, not faraway from anyplaces, the uncle is so friendly, and he loves feng shui so much. The room is clean and comfy, even its small

So, don't be surprise to find him shirtless. Nor does he explain to you where to find water or hot water in the guesthouse. The lobby is not well-maintained. I used to have kettle in my room

At first, i asked to early check in, he said ok if the room is avaliable and cleaned, sadly, whrn i srrived at the hotel around 9am, the room wasnt ready, so i just asked to use bathroom, and rest for ahwile, and left my lunggage

I have stayed even before the guesthouse changed ownership. Khun Rin welcomes you to his place, and he makes sure his place is liveable. However, he does not act like this is a fancy hotel

The room was very comfortable despite of the noise from the air conditioner. The price was affordable and very worth it relatively to what is offered by the guesthouse

Located near to the Tsunami Memorial in Bangniang younger within walking distance of all the entertainment, restaurants, bars, general stores and fresh markets. Apple the landlady is always happy to help as well

Run by lovely people! It’s peak season and we wanted to extend by one night and they were so lovely in allowing us to stay in the same room despite being nearly full or full every night we stayed! Room was small, and with a fan only but bed was comfy and shower was hot

It’s cheap and cheerful, and about 15-20 min easy walk to the beach. Right next to the night market pretty much and across the road from 7-11!

The price is lower in the off-season, but it is worth the money! It is definitely much better than other places. The restaurant downstairs is very famous. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach

I have been paying attention to this homestay on *********** for a long time, but I have never dared to try it. As far as Ao Nang is concerned, both the hardware and the software are very good

Warm welcome. Swimming pool. Glass water bottle in the room, not plastic – great! Very comfortable bed. Just shake out the sheets well before sleeping as there are often bits of lint... but they are clean.

Very good hotel, especially for such a price. There was a swimming pool, free coffee and free water bottles every day. The laundry was reasonably priced!

Very friendly staff, nice, big, clean rooms, big swimming pool. You need a motorbike to go around, but there are pleanty of restaurants around to eat. Overall very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Temperature: Instead of proper ventilation, there’s just a hole in the wall with a mosquito net. It doesn't close, so when the temperature drops to 15–18°C at night, it gets freezing cold. Even the blanket doesn't help

Shared shower: Extremely cramped. There's nowhere to hang clothes safely—everything on the hanger gets soaked while you shower. Breakfast: Don't expect much — "breakfast" here consists of only coffee and nothing else

Smell: There is a smoking area right behind the wall, so the room constantly reeks of tobacco or ********* smoke. Soundproofing: The walls are paper-thin. I could literally hear someone snoring three rooms away

and there was only one male foreigner at the reception. The atmosphere in the guest house was dark and quiet, but I liked it. The owner who was waiting to welcome us was very cute

Run down guest house that smells like cat piss. the owner is an old man trying to keep on top of things

it's ok if you are a single guy looking for a cheap room there was a hole in the second floor level covered up with a board and a home made plastic railing that you could easily break and fall over the edge

Commercial building, 2 large rooms, 3 floors. Restaurant and reception, 2nd floor, divided into 2 family rooms, number 8,9, which we stayed in number 8, reserved 3 adults, 1 child, 1 dog, the room we got is a big room

Compared to the price, we went to stay with a family of 5 people and it was considered good value. Overall good, everything is overpriced. But the cleanliness in the room It's a bit dusty

(Water doesn't flow strong), sink, television, air conditioner, fan, table and chairs, there's also a pool, but there's not much cleanliness. At this price it is considered very good

Needed a hotel for a day before flying out. Booking was confirmed instantly. They provided an early check in complementary as room was available so I could drop my bags off and continue with my day

The room was quite clean and didn't smell musty. It's a small hotel, but quite popular. I hope to have the opportunity to travel to Phuket again. Finally, I wish the owner great success in their business!
