Because it is a new house, I am a little worried about the air quality. The air conditioner is noisy. There is a forest behind, and there are mosquitoes when the doors and windows are open.
I have been staying with Martin & Pom on holidays for the last 11 years and have always enjoyed my stay. Good food, clean rooms, reasonable prices - all makes for a good experience.
Perfect place. Amazing personal and service. Everything is close just by walking :)
A good hotel for a few days. Hot water, clean, close to a shopping center.
Very nice little hotel. Nice owner. Good food and bar.
The service is very good and the price is not high
Kanchanaburi City, 30/7 Tesaban Bamrung 2, Mae Nam Kwai Road, Ban Nhue, Mueang 🧭 Map
Nice guesthouse owned by a very friendly and helpful family. Very comfortable rooms, good shower. Breakfast offered in two different versions. We definitely will stay here again when we come back to Kanchanaburi
Great value lovely host, good location to train station very clean
Good breakfast
I have got a room located towards the main strait. Music from the bars and traffic noise day and night (traffic stops around 3 am and starts at 5 am again)
The rooms are clean, and the furniture and fixtures are in excellent condition. The courtyard has outdoor furniture and complimentary tea and coffee. It has a cozy, homey atmosphere—I highly recommend it
Lovely quiet place, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Also close enough to walk to the war cemetery and museum across the road. Walking to the bridge is possible, took us about 30 mins
This is the first time I've stayed at a place where they changed the bed sheets and blankets every day during my three-night stay! It's very clean and in a great location.
The best owner Sofia with a hospitality, positive thinking & like a mother save you inside a homeland! Everyday cleaning, high speed Wi-Fi, comfortable location. Come back next year.
You can get to the airport bus, the various beaches, or Phuket Town within a few hundred meters. The dormitories share a room with six people, which is very clean and quiet at night
The lady from hotel is friendly and helpful we didn’t booked this hotel we were checking randomly and we found this hotel and we made a stay one night hotel was under our budget and according to price hotel is amazing I highly recommend if any body is looking budget hotel in Patong
The foreign roommates in the dormitory are all very friendly, especially the owner's cat. On the first day, he followed me to my dormitory, and then he would look for me every day
The reception staff was friendly and the hotel was well located. I stayed in a six-bed dorm with other girls, and everything was fine, except for the shower, which was a bit cool
This hotel is my favorite place in Phuket. I originally planned to stay there for three days, but ended up staying two more days, making it a total of five
Chiang Mai City, 5/2 Rachadamnoen Road Soi3, Sripom, A.Muang 🧭 Map
We booked this guesthouse for Loy Krathong. It's quite charming and, above all, very inexpensive. The owners are very helpful; since I suffer terribly from mosquito bites, they provided me with a mosquito net
The location is good, near Tapae Gate, and it's quiet. Cleanliness is average, and it's an old, run-down guesthouse. A serious problem is the water with rust. It was so bad that I couldn't shower during my stay
This lovely wooden hotel with its colorful stained-glass windows offers a perfect, quiet location in the heart of the Old Town, away from traffic noise. The rooms were more spacious than they appeared in the photos
He's always patient and helpful with any questions, and he makes the bed daily. Every time I came back after exploring, the room was perfectly tidy. The location is incredibly convenient
Beautiful traditional Thais house, located quietly in a alley. Bathroom is Thais and after shower toilet is all wet. Nice host.
The air conditioning worked perfectly, daily water deliveries were appreciated, and the cleaning service was discreet (though they skipped if you were in the room)
It is unusual that you need to take off your shoes at the entrance and walk around the entire building barefoot. But considering the incredible cleanliness of the floor, this is acceptable
Lovely, clean and comfortable guesthouse. Water provided each day. Small fire in our room. Air conditioning.
Everything is very, very clean. Great respect to the owners and staff for this. Not all expensive hotels have seen such thorough cleaning and attention to detail
I did not like the strange system of draining water from the sink onto the floor in the toilet. Why is this done? Everything I flushed ended up on the floor
Nothing is broken, every handle, switch, shower - everything is in working order. It is obvious that they treat everything with care
Centrally located near food court and they serve a good Free breakfast! Hot water shower and aircon makes this a comfortable hotel.

The location is in the middle of walking street, so all the nightlife activities are right there for you to enjoy. Also they offer decent amenities, and great service. Highly recommended for budget solo travellers
Lastly it's also really cheap to stay so I fully recommend this guesthouse fully when you want to take a look around in the nightlife of Pattaya
The reception staff are super friendly, close to Walking Street and all the action, nice room decor and everything perfect
But if you want to have fun and enjoy parties, this place is perfect. Finding the hotel can be a bit tricky, so check the location carefully before you go, otherwise you might get confused on the way
I stayed in several rooms of this hotel for 3 days. Their mambers are kind and friendly like your family. The rooms Cleaner than many hotels and rented rooms. The management is a very respectable lady
It was easy for me to walk up and down the street then go upstairs and rest when I needed to. I do highly recommend it for those who want to experience walking street. The staff was polite and helpful too
I’ve been coming out to Thailand for the last 25 years , Hua Hin is my go to town now and I have stayed in many hotels , expensive Five star hotels and smaller family owned hotels , lovely guest house is by far my favourite hotel so far ! Peaceful vibe with everything within walking distance , Oliver the owner is very kind hearted and helpful , literally I couldn’t fault anything in this hotel , perfect...
Lovely room in this small guest house run by a lovely friendly lady who couldn't be more helpful.
Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and an easy 25 minute stroll to the beach.
Decent WiFi too.
Highly recommended.
Really enjoyed my three week stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. La belle mademoiselle Audrey and her staff run a great place that is excellent value. Lovely is centrally located but very quiet
Discreet yet always available and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious, and everything works perfectly. Despite being located in a busy area, it remains soundproof
The owner, Oliver (Oly) is so nice and accommodating. LG 94 is a quaint little hotel in the heart of Soi 94. Very warm and inviting.
The location is so good near the bus stop and 7-11. The room and toilet are clean. High staircase.
I booked a standard single room, but it was the size of a double room and was comfortable. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a very large restaurant on the first floor that you can use freely
A good hotel for extreme sports enthusiasts. For the first time, I couldn't hear my neighbors! You can hear the street clearly, though, so earplugs are a must. There's no elevator, of course
But all the amenities are in the room
The staff and owner are very friendly, helpful, and always ready to help. Great value for the money and conveniently located.
The room was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator, but the price was cheap so it didn't bother me
BC guesthouse
The manager was very friendly and nice but the overall cleaning was not so good. Constructionsite because they were making renovations everywere in the house.
I enjoyed getting off the corporate hotel beaten path and stay somewhere more personsble. I really enjoyed the street-side garden sitting area.
Come on, come on, come on
Service: Come on, come on, come on
Environment: Come on, come on
Very convenient and close to Khao San Road.
basic room comfortable beds, no tv large shower with good pressure
com support service, thanks to the good work of the service we managed to resolve the situation, but the room they gave us was obviously not the one we booked. It was on the top floor, washed and cleaned in a hurry
the guy at the reception was i lot of help, he booked us a tour and recommended few beaches to visit too. if you're looking for budget guest house then this is the perfect choice
We were here twice and both times got the back and food massage. Enjoyed both! The first time, the lady focused more on the back and the second time the lady focused more on the extremities, so it was a nice mix
Very good location, easy to travel, good service from everyone
The room is good and worth the price. There is a restaurant opposite.
There are drinks as well. It is a chain of hotels. Very delicious. I recommend it.
I highly recommend it! Guillaume and Miu are wonderful hosts, very attentive. They helped us book our way back to Bangkok
Infinity offers a place to sleep, eat, amd get a massage all in one place. They are located on a main road, easy to walk to everywhere I needed to go (restaurants, dive shops, ferry pier, etc
A great place to stay in Koh Tao, close to the pier. The massages are excellent, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. The room is modern and convenient
The water heater doesn't work at all, and the weather there is quite cold.
I recommend having a chair in the room. There's only a table for putting things on.
But I slept comfortably and comfortably.
This place is very family friendly my horde (3 kids) enjoyed this place very much - shade, pool, lot of birds like sparrow which are not so common anymore in our country
I am giving five stars because they provided me thai massage that unblocked my pinched nerve in the neck. They diagnose the problem and provided excellent treatment
The property is lovely and has a family-run atmosphere. The rooms are large but basic. Unfortunately, the pool is no longer functional. This would be a real asset, as it would be a great place to relax after sightseeing
It's close to the bus station, but part of the road is rocky and difficult to navigate with suitcases, so we had to take a tuk-tuk. On the plus side, there's a refrigerator, fan, and air conditioning
It’s good for price.
I recommend to bring ear plugs as you can hear everything that’s going on outside.
There was no bathroom, so it was quite a long walk to wash hands, use the restroom, and shower. The many steps made walking back and forth very inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was fast, and there was a large pool
Nice guesthouse with a great pool.
Very good value for money with a lot of smiles.
Peaceful setting overlooking the Mekong River. Friendly hospitality and a perfect stop before crossing into Laos.
The room was large, the yard was spacious, but the bed wasn't very comfortable. There was no air conditioning, just a small fan
There was a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, and a few steps to the Mekong River, where you could see Laos
If you traveling in Asia several time, you know what i mean: no hairs on the floor in the room and bath, no mold mushrooms in the bath. Comfortable for guests with children. Kitchen with all necessary stuff is available
Very pleasant accommodation where you can feel the family atmosphere. The grandmother who takes care of the operation prepared breakfast for us every morning. Everything was great. We will definitely come back.
Aunt Mae Baan Na loves you very much. Knocked on the door of the room thinking that he had already checked out and was booking an additional day. But the owner of the guest house forgot to tell the housekeeper
Guesthouse in a good location, a 10-minute walk from the main train station and the market. The room is comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and everything is clean. The staff is friendly and spoke good English
Room was spacious and ac worked ( we were advice not to turn in below 23 as it would leak ), it was alright but hoped we get what we booked in the first place
Day after we went to exchange the rooms and got room with private bathroom, in which we stayed for another 2 nights, big room, with spacious bathroom and a private balcony
Lady is lovely and friendly, she tried her best to accommodate
In general...
Well located hostel near to UD Town and bus terminal. Friendly staff who speaks good English:)
Best place I've stayed so far in Thailand. I stayed a week- unpretentious, comfortable, easy stroll to each with great snorkelling, good shower, air con and desk made it easy to work from here
A nice big bathroom with good water pressure in the shower and a big fridge with a freezer box inside. No pool or fancy facilities, just all you need for a good night sleep
Maybe a more soft bed would nicer but that's just my taste. If you prioritize your health and therefore sleep. Don't sleep on this opportunity
Probably the best hotel I've been in Thailand. I'm talking a very powerful AC (most AC's are to weak to cool down the badly isolated room)
Were nice and cosy place with friendly staff. Big clean room with bathroom and aircon. Quiet area would 100% recommend.
The women who run it are really kind an helpful, and it's a nice quiet spot
Stayed here and it's a wonderful, cozy little guest house right in the middle of Kata Walking Market. It's really good value and the owner is lovely. The cocktails are highly recommended
The steps are steep but I would stay there again if I was in Kata. The beach is just a nice stroll away
The room itself is nice, the furniture isn't new, but everything is clean and tidy. It's a bit noisy in the evenings because there's a night market nearby, so keep that in mind. Suitable for unpretentious travelers
Room on the 4th floor (401), with a view of a very nearby building, i. there is no view, this is a minus, but you get used to it in a day. No elevator, 4th floor, not that this is a problem, but still
The route is walking past the OZO hotel, at the crossroads turn left, then straight ahead, the oncoming flow of people in bathing suits will not let you make a mistake in the right direction
The location is in the center of the events that take place in the evenings. Night market, pharmacies, 7/11, souvenir shop, street where they pour 50 grams, everything is close at hand
They offer free breakfast with several options. All are well cooked, with generous portions as well as juice and coffee. They also offer free taxi to anywhere on the island
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around on foot. It was clean, quiet, and the pool was very nice
Honestly, if you can afford it, I would highly recommend stretching your budget a bit more and booking a nicer hotel with good views. The island's scenery is a huge part of the magic, and you might miss out on that here
The location of this hotel is unbeatable we were able to access walking street and all three main beaches within 4-8 minutes we really considered beach front hotels but found upon researching that this hotel was smack bang in the middle of everything, truly awesome
However, it would be even better if the pool could be used at night, as is common in many hotels we stayed at in Thailand, especially those in beach areas
Had to check in a day late due to been unwell the staff are very friendly and accommodating we didnt lose out on our night stay and we where able to stay on for the extra night

The guesthouse is ok, but it didn't suit us. Excellent shower, super location across the road from the sea and 50 meters from the market. The air conditioner is quiet, large balcony and little sun
Sandbar by the Beach is next to BB House, so every few weekends, you get to experience live music or Salsa. What I like most about their terrace rooms is the quiet
Beautiful seaview. Nothing spectacular..just another guest house
TV and wifi are of decent quality for watching YouTube. Very simple check-in, deposit for the key is 200 baht (refundable upon check-out). There was no drinking water, no kettle, only two glasses in the fridge
Just stearway to klime every time, mattes was like bricks, but went to a nother room after 3 nights. Soft mattres. Vew very good, 7/11 is below, beatch acros the road, and night market is very close.
It is a place for restoration, in my view, because after a relaxing beach time, you can just sink into the sheets and forget the world for a while. There is also, most times, parking right in front
This is a authentic thai hotel with high ceilings, wood furniture and classic old school architecture that made for a very comfortable stay. The room was large and clean and the attention to detail is very nice.
I recommend this accommodation for its impeccable cleanliness, tranquility, location and the reception treatment.
This is Korean. 2 years ago visit here.
Very good hotel n bed also host is great!!
All of them satisfied.
It has a little en-suite which was great. The room itself is pretty basic. The bed was clean and comfy and it was quiet at night. The staff are quite helpful and attentive
Good location in the very center of the city. 2 minutes to the night market, a minute to the embankment, 3 minutes to 7-11))
Friendly hostess, very clean room, thank you))
I always like to read other people's reviews to see what their (often unrealistic) expectations are when they choose a budget guesthouse. For that I had a large size room with plenty of space to spread out my belongings
They offer private rooms with bathroom for a very cheap price. The beds are not the most confortable, but worth it a lot for the price.
It is just 2 minutes away from Khao San Road, but you dont hear a lot of noise.
Overall I will recommend this guest house. but yes it is far from perfect
We booked this place based on the reviews about it's cleanliness, friendliness and location plus we were only stopping overnight between the long Lomprayah ferry and coach ride up from Koh Tao before going to Pattaya and it is a 2 minute walk from where the coaches drop you off near Khoasan Road We arrived at 9pm and were greeted by the lady owner and, we believe, her son
There was no en-suite etc but in the corner of the corridor was a shared bathroom area that had two long toilet cubicles that doubled up as shower rooms and outside these two sinks and a mirror on the wall above
There was toilet roll in the room but bring your own shampoo etc. I had a cold shower but ask them as you go to the room how to get hot water if you'd like. Apparently some rooms have their own facilities
It had 2 single beds with flat pillows and a thin blanket and a pair of towels. We discovered that 1 was the fastest and 4 the slowest. There was a shelf unit, a small table and a drying rack
