Great place for great price - very friendly owner/hosts. Rooms were very simple. Clean. Quiet. Close to the Sunday Market.

The overall cleanliness of the property is outstanding, and the rooms are spotless and very well equipped. Everything in the room is excellent and thoughtfully prepared

The staff are extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Phuket Old Town, making it easy to explore the area

Great room in the center of the old town! Value for money definitely! Also everything they made us drink such as mocha or the signature drinks were AMAZING!!! But the best part was the owner ( or the guy running everything) he helped us so much with everything

With our luggage our room he called us a taxi our last day in the city!! He was so kind and friendly. In general he was so eager to help!!! If I were to go again I would go to the same place !

The location is great, right in the centre but wasn’t noisy, air con works brilliantly, the staff were very good and we were given a free drink included from the cafe each day

Hands down the best restaurant in the square! It’s family-owned, super affordable, and serves everything from fruity banana pancakes to amazing Thai food and even buffalo steak

My friend and I ended up coming here regularly for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s easy to miss since it’s tucked in the front yard of a guesthouse (mainly French tourists stay there), and it doesn’t even have a sign

We came during the loy krathong festival and the host and her family welcomed me and my husband to make a loy krathong with them. They also remembered it was our honeymoon and let us leave our bags since we came early

The rooms are big and spacious with a fridge, fan, and A/C unit. The pillows were very comfortable which was a plus. Sin is incredibly nice and very helpful

This was a PERFECT spot to explore the town. It is next to a market so can get a lil loud but it calms down. It was nice to be so close to food

Great place to stay spacious room with a view, very clean , Sophie was a brilliant host and Took was fantastic ready to give a hug whenever she seen us, loved the hospitality shown,lots of Russians now which can be a bit annoying but Kamala is always beautiful

Superb location right on the sands, good value on room, don't expect too much, it's basic, cleaned every day with water provided. Loved the restaurant view, food and drinks good. Staff very helpful all around

It is also close to the Mosque so expect an early morning wake up call or bring your ear plugs! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for the budget traveller 😎

We just went here yesterday with a 2-year old. I was a bit scared of the last reviews about food poisoning, but food was actually good and we are feeling fine

Large and spacious rooms, very clean with nice views and sounds of the sea from the Sea View rooms on the top floor to enjoy from the large balcony

and were able to take advantage of the amenities of the guest house on site (bar, billiards and toilets)

Restaurant and bar totally recommended! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the place super cozy. There are great vegetarian options available.

Didn’t stay in there rooms, but had great food, chicken noodle was brilliant and good portions size she flavours where 👌. reasonable priced.

A Thai twist on Texas style BBQ. I had the ribs, chicken and potato salad. Tender, fall off the bone ribs. Succulent and smokey chicken thigh

Peaceful vibe with everything within walking distance , Oliver the owner is very kind hearted and helpful , literally I couldn’t fault anything in this hotel , perfect...

Lovely room in this small guest house run by a lovely friendly lady who couldn't be more helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and an easy 25 minute stroll to the beach. Decent WiFi too. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed my three week stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. La belle mademoiselle Audrey and her staff run a great place that is excellent value. Lovely is centrally located but very quiet

The owner, Oliver (Oly) is so nice and accommodating. LG 94 is a quaint little hotel in the heart of Soi 94. Very warm and inviting.

The location is so good near the bus stop and 7-11. The room and toilet are clean. High staircase.

I booked a standard single room, but it was the size of a double room and was comfortable. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a very large restaurant on the first floor that you can use freely

A good hotel for extreme sports enthusiasts. For the first time, I couldn't hear my neighbors! You can hear the street clearly, though, so earplugs are a must. There's no elevator, of course

But all the amenities are in the room

The room was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator, but the price was cheap so it didn't bother me

Also, being a traditional wooden house, there is no soundproofing between rooms. Breakfast was delicious Thai and continental. Overall, I would recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Lampang

This guesthouse oozes charm and character, and that view of the river is hard to beat. Room was nicely sized, bed was comfy and overall there was a nice rustic appeal. Staff were friendly and accommodating

The wooden house nicely decorated in Thai-Lanna style surrounded by a tropical garden provided us a peaceful rural ambience, even though it is about 5 minute walking from Kad Kong Ta walking street

Great small guest House, lovely placed by the river in one of a kind Lanna style. Nice breakfast but very limited selection. Rom big but not comfy hard bed, pillowes, the shower not easy to use at all

Great guests house. The room is very spacious, with a big bed, sofa and coffee table. The cleaning is made everyday. Welcoming personnel. The location is 20 min far away from the beach.

He takes good care of the house, and the breakfasts are wonderful, but he should make sure to take care of himself as well so he appears and smells as presentable as his lovely home

A lovely place, clean, friendly receptionist, no lift but luggage got carried to the room, nice view towards the mountain, easy walk to the beach, superb location, extremely comfy bed, shower was hot and had good power- 100*+++

Stayed for 4 days and nights and the rooms were clean and the staff absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and they worked hard to find something my daughter with nut allergies could eat

And there are so many Indian restaurant very nearby, and the beach is also walkable. We can book the island tours or cab easily as there is a lady right I front if the stay

A highlight of the stay was the delightful café located downstairs. The owner is incredibly entertaining and has a great sense of humor, always able to brighten your day

Loveli guesthouse is really Loveli like its name. staff are very friendly, good behaviour , also owner. but only one drawback no breakfast available. Location is good very near of phuket walking street

I was very happy to stay there, it's not a hotel, it's a very well located guest house slightly away from the busy night life, so not too noisy, which is exactly what I was looking for

There can only be 2 cars parked inside the house, the rest can be parked outside. But I'm asking where I can park outside. I'd like some advice because our house isn't in that area

The implements are made from wood that gave me an eco-friendly feeling. I had a beautiful dream that night. The owner is so nice and lovely, you can rent a bicycle with low price and ride around to visit the town

Lovely, warm accommodation located in the middle of the city, next to restaurants, temples, convenience stores. Will definitely go back to stay again. Because there are a lot of cats

The breakfast was fresh fruit, eggs as you like them, toast, coffee, tea and fresh juice. I have left the best for last. Jim and her daughter, Gide, are both very kind and considerate hosts

There is a very good European cuisine restaurant just around the corner from the Guest House. , which we ate at a couple of times. Jim is now offering cooking classes as well

Home away from home, spending my rest at Jim Guesthouse is my loved one.

Lovely little guesthouse not far from the main street in town. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean, and price was quite fair.

Stayed in room with AC, quite area outside with a lot of shade. We enjoyed our stay for more than a week, thanks to friendly host and their family. Motorbike rent and laundry service is available for a decent charge.

Mata is a guesthouse for adventurer surrounded by nature and jungle. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. helped us with check-in, gave us some clear explanations about recommended beaches, bars and restaurants

I stayed at the non-air conditioned room in December. It was super cooling at night and there wasn't an issue without air conditioning. The owners of the guest house were kind and sincere people

I had a great time speaking to them. It was situated within a rustic estate and very peaceful. They provide scooters for rent, which was a convenient way to explore the island. There are amenities nearby as well

The guesthouse is centrally located and is a stone's throw away from tourist attractions. One can easily walk to the weekend walking street market, Songkhla old town, Tang Kuan Hill, and Samila beach

Big room with AC, hot shower and wifi located in an adjacent house from the Bo Yang GH. Good value for the price. A bit outside the old town, but still ok for discovering Songkhla.

The rooms are spacious and the neighbourhood hosts a few foreign bars and restaurants

Stayed 2 nights, February 2018. Good value for money, USD 7 pn. Clean, Good hot water, A/C works well, Good, quite central location. Excellent restaurant - Mudmee, next door. Staff could be more communicative/polite

My partner and I booked for a month the rooms are bigger then a thought the beds are a bit hard but we just went to the lotus and got little mattress toppers the outside area is really nice a cute cat hangs around , the host of this place was very lovely messaged if we wanted the room cleaned when he seen us always asked if we were okay

One of the better 3 star hotels I have stayed at on phuket. Many positive features you will appreciate: recently renovated with modern sinks, marble showers, well-functioning a/c, private deck, mini-fridge

Bangtao Mango House was comfortable, clean, and in a great location near many restaurants, the Muay Thai gym, and Bang Tao beach. Ou was incredibly welcoming, showing us around and helping us when needed

Daily room cleaning and the typical 2 bottles of water allotment. Close to most services and grocery stores. Downside might be the distance to the beautiful beach, about a 15 to 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive

I stayed there for 5 days and was very satisfied. Good value for Phuket, large 2 rooms appartements with balcony (can get hot in the afternoon). Need to have a motorbike to get around and fully enjoy the area

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sairee Sairee. Great location and hospitality. Nook is the man to go to if you have any questions: extremely friendly and helpful

The hotel rooms are situated behind the restaurant (must try the pizza: very delicious). This helps to block out the noise coming from the main street

The room is not small, has a balcony, and is very convenient for drying wetsuits. The location is not far from the beach. There are various restaurants, cafes, and DQ ice cream next to it

The interior hardware of the room is a bit unsatisfactory, and it's okay if the requirements are not high. If you have a baby, you will need an extra bed

Stayed here for 10 days in March/April 2025 Owner is a lovely Italian man who is so relaxed and easy to talk to, the rooms are cleaned every day and pools always empty! WiFi is fast and can easily work here

We had a great time at Samui Star Guesthouse! We stayed there for 5 nights and it was perfect. It is just outside the busy part of Chaweng, within about 20 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was included and very nice

You can rent a bike, order a breakfast, relax at the swimming pool area, meet a lot of nice people :)! Many places to eat around, Muay-Thai gyms as well. As a for the guesthouse, I give 10/10, thank you so much :D!

Clean, comfy and spacious rooms! Cold beers within seconds whilst chillin by the pool! Friendly hosts who are knowledgeable on the local area on where to eat, drink and explore! They even can rent you a scooter and sort u out for island tours and land activities

I have stayed in this villa for one night with family. They take care of guest like family. Suggest lot of things regarding what to see. Arrange tuk Tuk with no extra charges

Feel like home in Chiangrai! The location is also really nice. It's close to the market and also at the foot of the small historic hill.

The cutest budget place! In a great location and super chilled. Shuttle service for bags is amazing and everything went smoothly.

There is one tiny soap in the bathroom, towels are provided, but nothing else is provided. A small bedsheet is a replacement for a blanket, which is a first time I had no blanket in a hotel/guesthouse :p

In a great location not too far away from everything but far enough to get a peaceful nights sleep. The room itself seemed clean and fresh. Only couple of downfalls the drains smelt abit and we didn’t get room service

The hotel is well located, but the street is very busy and there is a restaurant across the road, so it can be noisy at night. Make sure to check whether your room has hot water to avoid surprises
