We booked 1 night stay at Anatolia Bursa, family room connected so actually 2 rooms. Both rooms were very compact and beds are smaller then standard which is bad. everything was smoky / cigarettes smelled in the non smoking room every previous guest or whoever smoked heavily all curtains carpet duvet cover everything has smoke smell, found ash try and match box in the room. very old carpet / doors etc hotel management do listen the complain but their reaction is very straight that they not gonna do anything so kids were coughing whole night they got sleepy eyes in morning effected all next day travel which is painful would never come back to them be careful when you booking for kids. Breakfast range is very limited so asked for Ala crt omelette and paid for it which is fine and that was good taste. Thanks
