A great spot to stay in Bursa. So close to shopping, site seeing and ease of walking

The lady at the reception desk is incredibly rude, insolent, and has a terrible customer service attitude. She uses the most subpar language, such as "Go to a hotel that suits you," and has zero communication with customers. It's a shame that so many unemployed people are being hired and employed. Besides the staff's fault, the management is just as at fault for employing such unprofessional people at the hotel as the employee. I hope you can rectify this mistake as soon as possible. Rest assured, I will share this unpleasant experience with everyone.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and large, but there is one problem, which is that the hotel is located near a slaughterhouse, so the smell of livestock reaches the rooms. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

Good hotel with fair price. I didn't like the lobby, which is dark and gloomy. but room is big and nice .no alcohol in minibar. Breackfast could be better .There is no live cooking in breakfast time . nice location near to many restaurants and a big shopping mall.

According to its price, ***et is a successful place. There are some shortcomings in the breakfast, but these are normal things in financial crisis environments. I can choose it again. It has a clean and comfortable room. The air conditioning system has a problem with turning it on and off at first. If the air conditioner is turned off, it can be turned on again. Other than that, I can say it was a problem-free stay.

The rooms are spacious, the location is strategic, comfortable and close to tourist attractions

The location of this Hotel is great. You are right in the middle of Shopping Centre and Carrefour in walking distance. Staff was helpful. Rooms are clean. Overall it's a great choice.
