The hotel is very tired and outdated. The rooms are very old. However, I'd like to point out the positives: free parking, clean rooms with a TV and refrigerator, air conditioning, slippers, and water. The location is good. Kemeraltı bazaar is about 500 meters away and free. Parking is great, but it is in a very noisy place. There was constant music coming from the business below. The motorcycle was constantly noisy. The engine noise was screaming and screaming and it never stopped. If you stay for a day, it is worth it for the price, breakfast, and parking.

The hotel is located in the old town near Izmir Railway Station. It is full of life and everything is very old. It is close to various attractions in the city.

Hotel price was 1000 Lira for each night 2 people, Hotel location was good , And they had delicious breakfast And the most important thing which I liked about this hotel, that staff were so friendly and hospitality . Recommended.

Tiny room...but that's in line with the price. There are very few choices for non-smokesr locally. The room was free from that left-over cigarette smell. The only one in the area we could find.

I went to Izmir not (only) for tourism and needed something close to the specific location and for low cost. What you pay is what you get. A true turkish hospitality helpful staff room service is amazing. The location is my first choice 2 minutes walk to metro/mini busses which connects you airport and bus terminal area is surrounded by all kinds of restaurants

Very nice and helpful staff at this hotel. Hotel is only 1 minutes walk from the main town centre and only 5 minutes walk from the river/waterfront and the ferry terminal. The bus station and train station is only 1 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets very nearby. I stayed here for 11 nights and this hotel was very clean and convenient and also very reasonably priced...

Me and my partner spent a few days in this hotel in March, we were both very pleased. Staff is so lovely, Başak hanım cooks the best soups and reception team is super helpful! They always advised us and handed an umbrella when it stated to rain on our engagement day. Breakfasts are super tasty and location is phenomenal, only a few steps away from Izban station and ferry. Would come back 100%

Very close to Izmir main railway station. Plenty of places to eat etc very close by. About 20 minutes walk to the seafront. Overall a very good hotel. Room was clean, comfortable. Bathroom in good condition. Good to see dispensers for handsoap, shower gel and shampoo. WiFi worked well. Tea making facilities. Biggest disappointment was breakfast. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and great attention was paid to hygiene. Everything was well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. It was a great experience for us, and we were truly satisfied with our stay. We really liked this hotel.

The hotel is decent, but there's no water heater.

The room itself was pretty good overall, and the location was convenient for getting to the subway station. It was also very quiet at night. However, the hot water wasn't very reliable. The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower.

Great little place. They stayed up for me for a late check in which was great and it was perfect for an overnight stop over. Breakfast was lovely and the room had everything I needed at a very reasonable price !

The hotel is located practically in the city center. All the sights are within walking distance. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly. There's a wonderful cafe nearby. You can also get coffee at the hospital across the street. The downsides include a peeling wall in the bathroom and a view of the construction site.
