Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

They helped us store the luggage in the hotel until our flight time. The location of the hotel is very nice, in the center of the city but at the same time it is quite neighborhood. You can walk to different places

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

It's not a hotel, it's an institution. It's full of history, timeless interior, art and good food. You can approach anyone and ask anything and they will help you right away

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

It's clean, well serviced, high levels of security, but still a 30 year old hotel without character or humour.

Excellent service at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast and bar. Rooms are spacious and some of them has a good view on the sea. A nice bar located near the lobby

Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted

I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients

It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner

However there was one exception in my experience and I only share it to improve the experience for the new guests if anyone is really reading my feedback

Hotel is maybe the best one in Izmir with very good location. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite

Otherwise it’s super annoying…At least write there that it’ll be available soon. There was another lady probably staff manager who came to apologize

Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.

Very personal and approachable when assistance needed. Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Lobby is practically non-existent so if you need or like lobby meetings or similar activities it’s not for you. plain, polite but not that attentive

Location of the hotel is good centrally located, and by the sea. Very simple hotel room and minimal expectations of the room. However, the room's toilet has a sewage smell

My wife and I had a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Izmir Alsancak. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and the reception team was very helpful special thanks to Cansi for her great personality and local tips

The breakfast staff were friendly and did a wonderful job explaining local breakfast options. The only minor issue was the centrally controlled heating, which felt a bit warm

Me and my daughter we stayed from 17th till 23th of november. my daughter got sick for two days badly. staff in reception was very helpful and friendly to find emergency department and help us to get there

Amazing stay in Izmir We had a wonderful stay at Armis Hotel. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome

Snacks in the basket and beverages in the fridge are pricey, that's standard practice with any mini bar I guess. We went out at night to get dessert, the nearest one was 10 min away. Not much to do unless you take a cab

Restaurant food was ok, but staff certainly need some training and are rather inattentive. We were happy with the advertised price and even happier when we received a substantial discount perhaps because we are retired

The hotel itself used to be a part of the hospital and has been fairly successfully remodelled, although its origins are still obvious. Rooms and public areas are comfortable and exceptionally clean

There are well stocked minibars and tea/coffee facilities. One downside is that smoking is permitted and our room had a distinct odour of stale smoke, fortunately not overpowering and did not particularly affect us

Check in was a breeze, keys with names on it waiting for us on the counter. The restaurant has enough variety to keep us vegetarians happy. I had issues with the A/C, and the front desk sent someone in seconds

Stayed here for three nights while having appointments at the Ege University Hospital. Absolutely ideal as the hotel is situated within the Campus and so all departments are within walking distance

The location was good, not too far from the main attractions. 45m deep and not particularly large; it was only suitable for a quick dip. As per hotel policy, guests are required to purchase a swimming cap for 150 TL

Our room was beautifully spacious and comfortably furnished. The service staff were attentive and readily available, though communicating in English was occasionally difficult

We would have liked more lighting in the rooms. Occasionally, there was a smell of sewage in the corridors. Breakfast wasn't bad, but it didn't taste very fresh

A lot of thought has gone into to every aspect of this hotel: we even had a little card by the bed offering alternative quilts and pillows, available from reception

The overall experience of EN Boutique Hotel Izmir is very good! The hotel has a stylish and exquisite design and a great location, within walking distance of the seaside avenue and the main shopping area

We loved everything about the hotel. Jensen, Cord,kibris sehitleri , Culture, Izmir Clock Tower, Kemeralti Agora, within walking distance to historical and tourist places such as Kızlarağası Han

Ensure the WiFi is working as it did not our stay unfortunately, ask for a room away from the streets and towards the inner part of the hotel and pack a big appetite for breakfast :) very walkable to everywhere in Izmir city center, unfortunately due to the proximity was extremely loud overnight and myself and my family were unable to sleep even with ear plugs

The staff were helpful and courteous. My only criticism is with the trip to Ephesus organised at the hotel. Due to a lack of communication we waited 1. Nobody told us there is a second exit from the ruins

This was not a major problem for us but an inconvenience. Please get some instructions in various languages and it will nothappen again. Overall we would stay there again

Lovely hotel with very modern room recently renovated I assume, breakfast excellent and always thoroughly enjoyed … Staff wise special the night reception guy was very helpful My only bit disappointment though was that in those hot days and nights the a/c in the room wasn’t working efficiently was more like a fan rather air conditioning

It was a little small, but that was expected, and it was as advertised. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning powerful and effective. The bathroom was clean and well fitted-out, with a big rainfall shower

Location of the hotel is very good as well, because it's right on the central walking street and 100 meters away from the sea and the cycling path

The staff was very polite and helpful. They provided us with sheltered parking space for bicycles. We tried local cuisine on breakfast, and there were plenty of local dishes

A cool and chill place near the sea, its rooms are pretty fine, the breakfasts are delicious, you can always go for a walk at the walking path near the sea.

Location of the hotel is very good, however hotel is a little bit old bit despite of the rooms are clean and good. Just A/C is working a little bit noisy.

Clean rooms with good service. Walking distance to most amenities. Not much of a view but very good value for money.
