City centre hotel with a big and very clean rooms. Restaurants, bars, parks, hospitals and pharmacy just walking distance.

Staff was really helpfull.
Also free public car parking places available in front of the hotel.

Water, tea, nescaffe and traditional turkish coffee was given free of charge. So you dont need to pay money for drinks during your stay.

Not sure why this place has such high reviews. Can you find a better place in Izmir for this price? Probably not—but still, my room was small and worn out, and overpriced (stayed in late August). You do avoid all the bar/club noise from near the sea, but it was hardly quiet and peaceful: it’s near a noisy and very busy highway, and there was terrible construction noise (earth shaking pounding) from the lot next door. I’ve got to hand it to the Turkish construction workers, squeezing every ounce of daylight out the workday—pound, pound, pound, shaking the earth from sunrise until it literally got dark (and it gets dark late in the summertime), no 9-to-5 workday for them!
By the way, the tap water is great here!

I had such an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met, the rooms and lobby smell amazing, everything is super clean. You also have the option to order food and drinks all the way to your hotel room. They accomodate your parking needs and the staff keeps an eye on the cars 24/7. This was very important to us as we had a rental car. Hotel is super central and walking distance to metro station. The water is also walking distance. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely return every time I come back to Izmir. Thank you thank you thank you to all the amazing staff, and a special thank you to Sergio for all your help ♡

Ufo provided great customer service and assistance with aspects of my stay like transportation. I was able to do an early check in and laundry service was provided to me for no extra charge.

The room and bathroom were spacious. We were promised free parking and the actual parking was “find yourself parking anywhere on the street.” The A/C was not working. I had no problem sleeping with the window open, but to other travelers this may be an inconvenience.
