Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

Recently stayed at Swissotel, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the hotel itself offered a sense of luxury and comfort

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Excellent hotel in Izmir. Services are all rounded. The garden inside the hotel is very relaxing. People are polite n professional.

Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with good beds and strong water pressure in the showers. Breakfast and dinner buffets have a huge variety of dishes — Turkish cuisine plus plenty of international options

I spotted a live piano performance too in the lobby at 8 pm. What truly stood out, though, was the food. They served whole sea bream at the dinner buffet, salt-baked on the first night, then fried the next

The highlight is definitely the thermal spa — large pools with naturally warm mineral water, clean locker areas, and a very calming atmosphere. The spa team is professional, and the massages are excellent

Wonderful time there. Lovely cozy room with swimming pool view. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Lovely staff. If they could provide universal adapters, it would be fantastic on top of fantastic. :).

It was the first hotel on our trip that already had a Christmas tree beautifully set up in the lobby 🎄😍 such a lovely festive surprise! The hotel feels modern, and the staff are consistently professional

I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night

However, the hotel entrance doesn't have a proper ramp. İt is just a bump over the ground that my partner needed help to get over it

We had an amazing time in this hotel. Everyone is polite a s helpful , especially in reception Sinem always helpful and kind. The front desk girl very helpful as well as the girls for the massage have really good hand

It was 4:30 when I arrived at the front desk. Fortunately, the check-in was fast, and I was upgraded to a sea view room (but the floor was very low, on the 4th floor), and I could see the sunrise in the room

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

The food is excellent in all of its restaurants

Parking is convenient, with a great breakfast and ample underground parking.

There is no parking problem at all. The reason I chose this hotel was that it had a parking lot

First, from the pleasant, the hotel has 20 floors, a beautiful view of the city and the sea (I indicated in the booking a high floor and view - the room was provided), there is an underground car park, open 24/7, not guarded at night, a little shabby

We checked into the room, the room is adjacent to another room with a door, it has been renovated, overall it is well cleaned, but the chair in the room is very old and worn, the cover on the TV remote control is missing, the duvet covers are small and do not cover the blanket completely, the sockets are screwed on haphazardly, the small mirror in the bathroom is without bolts, when we checked in there...

I was in İzmir for work and urgently needed a stable, high-speed internet connection for a video conference. The hotel I initially stayed at offered only around 4 Mbps, and the connection was frustratingly unstable

They have valet parking, a great view of the sea and the entire city, and they are located right next to the Istinye Park Shopping Mall with a lot of great restaurants and shops

As a tourist in Izmir, I first saw the Hyatt Hotel from the parking lot of the Istinye Park Shopping Mall. And when we started to look for a place to spend the new year, I wanted to give it a chance

We parked in the shopping mall parking garage, next to the door of the Hyatt. But the sliding doors that were supposed to take us to the hotel were locked

We used this hotel for just a night for airport the next day. Service was phenomenal from check in to restaurant. We had dinner at 9 pm with only 2 other tables. We were concerned about the food, but it was fantastic

They think of small details, such as a clock on the bathroom mirror and another one next to the bed. There are reading lights and a TV, which you can connect your phone and PC to. The room service is detailed

The restaurant was nice and clean the staff was friendly and attentive. The eggplant kebab is phenomenal i recomend it. Ozan and Begum were on point with bringing the food out hot and ready with smiles on thier faces.

We shared our feedback with him, and he listened carefully and assured us that he would take note of it. He is someone who clearly values communication, guest interaction, and takes his role seriously

View from the side of Folkart Tawers, a nice panorama of the city at night. There are plenty of atmospheric restaurants within a 15-minute walk. The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpful

Very nice hotel, good location, close to everything, close to the coolest things, you can get to the hotel, there is a taxi stop nearby and a city train station

Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted

I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients

(Stayed during a Ciconia tour in October 2024). Except for the dog located across my room that started barking at 6:30am incessantly, and even well after calling reception, I have zero negative feedback

Shower was strong and temperature consistent and water was warm. The only thing missing might have been a warming towel rack but truly there isn't a good place to put it as everything is well placed out and organized

It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner

Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.

Kemal is the friendliest, happiest and most professional host! He was there everyday and always helps with a pleasant disposition! This is great when returning from a business meeting exhausted! The macaroons are a sweet touch! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it

The stay was great, clean, and the staff there was really accommodating and kind. We’ve stayed here a few times, so we felt safe, the location was also super close to everything

Excellent service and facilities. Their restaurant has a varied menu, delicious dishes, and very attentive and friendly staff

I especially want to highlight the kindness and excellent service of Elif, the waitress who served our dinner there, everyday during our stay

Therefore, we just park the car cross the street by ourselves instead giving the car key to the staff. The staff is really friendly and helpful

I assume the room was not used for some time and therefore not properly ventilated. The staff was generally friendly  and helpful. The served food in the restaurant was excellent,  i had a baked seabass

Basically a great hotel close to the airport. However,  the facilities are a bit older. Nevertheless,  the room I had was well equipped,  spacious and clean, however,  it smelled a bit

Everything was perfect. Clean, good location. Helpful staff. Parking is free but might be hard to find open spot in working days since the garage is shared one.

There is a huge amount of traffic around the hotel, the parking space in the hotel is very tight, the speakers in the gym next to the hotel are so loud that you can't relax on the balcony at all

One important point to note is that there is no parking available, and unfortunately no assistance was offered by hotel staff to help with luggage or to suggest nearby parking options, even those within walking distance

The location of the hotel was right where I wanted to be. It's about 25 minutes from the airport. Everything was good but some of the staff don't speak English well, so there were some miscommunication

However, despite this being my second stay, I was dissatisfied with the fact that only two bottles of water were provided in the minibar, with no additional water available in the room

I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration. Additionally, as the slippers are single-use, an extra pair should be provided

Hi everyone! My family and I stayed here for an overnight layover. We had an early check-in and were given a room at 11 AM without an extra charge. There's a mall and shops nearby.

The spa was great, the pool not as great as the sauna. The breakfast was really good! The staff was very nice and helpful. Do not stay in the rooms next to the lift as the noise levels from other guests is disturbing.

Very nice Hotel, close to airport. Rooms was very clean and modern, restaurant food was delicious for dinner and breakfast. Would definetly stay here again and reccomend.

Excellent staff, check in straightforward. Superb room, clean, large and spacious with facility to partition bed area from sitting / lounge area. Decent breakfast with good selection of items.

However, the towels are old and should be replaced, and I personally didn’t like the carpeted flooring in the rooms

İnside of Ege faculty if you drive car difficult to fine. Hotel a little bit old should be fixed special badrooms. The price should be lower in relation to the hotel's location and condition
