Overall, the welcome area is so clean and nice.
The room has quite a small space, a bit of a smoking smell, and I found some lost hair in the towel, but it had full travel-size amenities.
Parking connects to the hotel, and it can park about 8 small cars.

The room was clean and spacious, offering good value for money.

The service was also very warm and welcoming. The front desk arrived early to let us check in, and they even lent us two local transportation cards free of charge since we didn't have them.

Avi Hotel is located in the heart of Izmir, just over 400 meters walking distance from Basmane Train Station. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with comprehensive facilities. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, patiently answering our travel questions. The breakfast was varied and delicious, highly recommended.

I originally planned to find a cheap hotel for a quick stopover, but the service was so good that I stayed here night after night.
The breakfast was simple and delicious, and the beautiful waitress even made fried eggs for me.
The watermelon we had the day before was delicious. I asked the waitress the next day, and she even bought a new one and cut up a large portion for us.
The service was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.

Smaller hotel, a little further away from the coast, but right next to the Culture Park. Decent and worth the price. Staff is super friendly!

The hotel is well located near the Basamane metro station. The lady at the reception is nice and speaks English. No communication problems. I was able to check in early in the morning. I didn't have breakfast to give an opinion.

When we entered the hotel, the receptionist welcomed us very nicely and helped us choose a room. The rooms were as in the pictures. There is always hot water. There is internet in the rooms. When we brought water from outside on the second night, the receptionist said why did you bring it, we can bring as much water as you want to your room. A nice hotel to stay with a family. At breakfast time, the gentleman who owns the hotel offered refreshments with a smiling face. In the evening, when the receptionist said we wanted to drink tea, he brought tea and coffee to the room. Before leaving the hotel in the morning, when we asked the gentleman who owns the hotel where we could eat Izmir boyoz, he immediately went and got hot boyoz and offered it. Just as we were leaving the hotel, the cleaning lady called downstairs to tell us about the things we forgot in the room and we immediately took them from our room. As a result, the price is reasonable, all the employees are attentive and work to please the guests with a smiling face. If we go to Izmir again, this will definitely be the hotel we will choose.
