Reviews
One important point to note is that there is no parking available, and unfortunately no assistance was offered by hotel staff to help with luggage or to suggest nearby parking options, even those within walking distance. Upon arrival, the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the café staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive.
Overall, I have mixed feelings about this place. It is suitable for a short, no-frills stay or an emergency overnight stop, but it lacks the service and hospitality one would expect from an Accord family hotel.
Additionally, as the slippers are single-use, an extra pair should be provided.
We will definitely stay here on our İzmir trips in the future. Very happy with my choice.
