The hotel isn't bad. The breakfasts are pretty good. But I liked the hammam and massage the most, except for the fact that the hammam and massage are a bit pricey. Overall, everything was great. I've stayed here twice already.👍

Staying at this hotel for five days. Breakfast, a sauna, a hammam, and a swimming pool are available. Rooms are cleaned daily. Russian-speaking staff is available. All historical sites are within walking distance. Cafes and shops are plentiful.

We had a 7 day/night stay at Miss Istanbul. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was kind and the buffet breakfast was awesome. The proximity was fantastic, we were able to navigate the trams, ferry, the metro to the Anatolian side as well. All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you from Shaheen and Feroza Muhammad

I recently stayed at Mrs Istanbul Hotel for 3 nights, traveling from England. While the hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to major attractions like the mosques, the Grand Bazaar, and nearby restaurants, the customer service left much to be desired.
I personally requested room service in person at the reception, expecting a quick response. However, despite waiting for a long time, no one arrived, which caused us to delay our plans since we needed the room cleaned. After waiting over 30 mins, I had to call again, and only then did someone show up, that too an hour after my follow up call! When I pointed out the delay, the cleaning staff gave me an unfriendly look, as if I was in the wrong, without any apology. This was highly unprofessional.
One of the cleaners, a lady without a hijab, was particularly rude and disrespectful, which made the situation even worse. Her attitude was unprofessional and showed a clear lack of customer service skills.
Having traveled all the way from England for a short 3-night stay, this experience really impacted our time at the hotel. I believe Miss Istanbul Hotel needs to urgently address the poor attitude and inefficiency of its room service staff. Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, I would not stay here again. Basic friendliness and respect would have gone a long way in improving the overall stay.

Spent 7 nights in the hotel. Overall it was a really good experience with a large breakfast area with plenty of options to choose from. Location wise, there is a tramway station, 2 mins away so easier to get around town. The only point to be mindful of is the view from the rooms. However other than this, would fully recommend.

Great location. Just a minutes away from the center. Lost of gifts stores, 17 minutes walk from Grand Bazar!!!lots of places to go around. Safe location. Room is so clean, housekeeping comes every day, fresh towels, water, anything you need just a call away. Staff very polite. So happy we booked this hotel! Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff especially the employee ( Ufuq). He was very helpful, respectful and friendly.

Breakfast has good variety. However, some of the vegetables ( cucumbers for example) were not replaced with fresh ones for three days.
Room was clean. Bathroom was spacious. Sometimes the toilet has bad smell.
House keepers will not clean your room/bathroom well if you do not give them a good tip.
Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel 👍🏽….
