Great hotel in Istanbul. A little far away from the main attractions but they have a free shuttle to take you to taksim.

The service was fantastic! I arrived at the hotel at 6 AM, and the staff member kindly let me check in after a short wait. So thoughtful! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with hot soup and an omelet. There's a kettle in the room, which is great for making hot drinks! Excellent! The hotel's Turkish bath was also wonderful. A truly great experience. Plus, there's a convenient shuttle bus from the hotel to Taksim Square.

Honestly, if you’re considering a stay here - don’t. Pick somewhere else.
We checked in and had to change our room after the first night, it was incredibly noisy.
We were celebrating an engagement, and had asked the hotel if they could ‘do something special’, they wrote a card and put a small cake in the room which was really nice, but they wrote ‘happy birthday’ on the plate in icing which was a little bizarre.
The location itself is really bad, it says it’s 15 minutes from Taksim square, the city centre, but it’s next to a really bad neighbourhood. When we changed rooms, we were put on the third floor and there were people huddled around open fires around the back of the hotel, with tents and hand made shelters behind them. I wouldn’t walk through the area at night.
The hotel spa is ridiculously priced, at €150 for a massage.
Oh and on the final day I had left our baggage with the concierge whilst we went to buy some gifts, when I returned our taxi was waiting outside and I went in to get the luggage, I had to wait 10 minutes to receive it whilst 4 people stood behind the front desk doing nothing (honestly).
Stayed many times with different Marriot Bonvoy branches before & Sheraton, but this one wasn’t great. Go somewhere else.

I really loved my little stay here! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive everywhere. The room has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is super varied and really delicious.
The hotel restaurant is excellent, with a great vibe.
We enjoyed every service they offer. The staff were all so kind, especially Yucel at the entrance, who is always happy to help, and Yasin at the reception, who was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place!

What a wonderful stay in your hotel. I can’t thank your team enough for assisting me and supporting me throughout my stay — during preparations for my photoshoot, my business flight to Izmir, leaving at 3 a.m., and also during check-out — always making sure that every step of the way I felt taken care of and welcomed.

Throughout our stay, every staff member we met made an effort to chat with us and make sure we were comfortable, which honestly made a huge difference.

My husband and I have been staying at the Sheraton for a few days, and we absolutely loved everything. The hospitality is exceptional—especially during breakfast each morning. All the servers are wonderful, and cook Chef Burch and Murat, Ibrahim Saikal truly stood out. He made us feel like we were at our family home, always checking on us, offering different dishes to try, and bringing anything we requested. His warm and caring service made our stay even more special.
We highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the sheraton Istanbul, Visited from US with my Mom, thanks to the amazing staff who made everything smooth and enjoyable, Check-in was easy with welcoming attitude.
