Kepler Club Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul

I was disappointed. Firstly, they checked me into a male dorm even though I booked a female only. The female dorm was more expensive. I didn’t receive an apology or a refund of the difference so far. That‘s unacceptable to not offer any solution. For the price, 111 EUR, you can get a single room at the Radisson nearby. So I expected at least no mistakes with bookings. They claimed there was no availability in the female dorm, but I saw them checking in two women there after me. There was clearly some sort of a mistake on their part.

Secondly, they woke me up to tell me they also gave me a wrong locker. They moved my stuff from one locker to another. And apologised. But that was extremely rude to move my stuff without any permission.

In the female toilets, only one toilet works. The shower really stinks. No towel was provided to me. Otherwise, it seems clean.

Lastly, when I was trying to talk to them about the female dorm, they emphasised I need to be quite, because people were sleeping. When they woke me up and moved my lockers, they were not quite at all. So don‘t expect them to solve your problems, they will only solve theirs.

I was shocked by the level of service for the price.

Sad to review it so low because seemed promising. It was impossible to reach but not for my fault.
I arrived at the airport from an international flight and wanted to stay for a domestic connection next day. The hotel was impossible to reach, the airport has basically two different and unconnected areas.
In the booking they say they are inside the international area. Because of this doubt I called them before leaving and they told me I could have easily reached the hotel since I will arrive in the international area, they literally said "international is international"..

Long story short, no stay no refund and still waiting for an answer from their department after 20 days! Be aware !!
