This can't be called a hotel; even guesthouses are a thousand times better. It's not worth the money, and besides the price, everything is old and broken. I was humiliated. I booked a two-night stay for my friend, but I could only endure one.

Well I can complain much, at the end I didn't pay much..
In short I wouldn't say its a 4 star hotel at all but its not bad!
Really basic, as in very basic..
But its clean.. which is really nice and makes you able to stay.. As well hospitality is good.. especially the night shift guys of this week (cant remember their names unfortunately).. very welcoming and helpful..
Apart from that, cant say much, if you are on a super tight budget maybe you can choose this hotel, otherwise better option are definitely available..

This place is very shady. Don’t fall for the lovely pictures it’s their way to scam people , room isn’t as big as it looks , door lock keys are very old fashioned and takes while to get the keys out once it’s in ,the toilet seats are so tight that a person who is 6 fit talk wont even be able to seat properly. Does not look clean at all , also you won’t be able to sleep at night because at night you can hear people talking in different rooms and another issue: Air conditioners stoped middle of the night. The beds are extremely difficult to sleep in. The mattress is not comfortable, it feels like cement. Worse hotel experience ever!!! We originally booked this place for 10 days but couldn’t even stay 8 hours . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Okay Honestly it was a really cheap stay only cost me 70 pounds for 4 nights, but it came with a price. The photos shown on google are really old ones. And it took us an hour and a half to sultanahmet and all the major locations, so the money i saved on my stay i spend on travel , it is better to choose a place nearby.
The location is really lively even at 1 o clock in the night so it is really safe and everything, could have done a better job on cleaning, room service( which we didn’t get in any of the 5 days) . Overall okay experience.

The hotel is located in the best area in Istanbul in my opinion but the room is very dirty and the furniture is worn out the ac is not very good either but by far the bedbugs made me and my family go insane my little brother had itchy marks all over his body and for me i only got bitten in a couple places. We were supposed to stay there for 5 days but we canceled the rest of the 4 and we were lucky enough to get our money back the staff were very kind and helpful in this matter but that won’t change the terrible condition that hotel is in. Save your $41 it’s not worth it believe me.

It was a good place for the price. While it's quite far from popular tourist spots like Taksim, it's conveniently close to the Metrobus, which is helpful if you're okay with public transportation. I also want to thank the Turkmen receptionist (unfortunately I forgot his name) who was very helpful and made our stay more comfortable.
