The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It is conveniently located right next to the Tophane bus and tram stops in the heart of Karaköy, making it easy to get around. We were also impressed by how friendly and helpful the reception staff were throughout our stay. Breakfast was served on a nearby rooftop terrace, and the view of the Bosphorus and Galata Tower was a real highlight. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Great location with easy access to the tram, ferries and plenty of local bars and restaurants. The surrounding streets are quite quiet at night. Breakfast and gym/spa are located at another hotel a few doors up the street. Room was compact and had a musty smell, but overall was fine. I appreciated the cool bluetooth speaker.

I had a wonderful stay at Sub Karakoy Hotel! The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for those who like to sleep in as the curtains block out the light very well. The location is ideal, with a short walk to the vibrant Cihangir neighborhood. Karakoy itself offers some of the best restaurants and is home to one of Istanbul’s top clubs, Frankhan, just around the corner.
I also found the hotel very convenient for work – I was able to hold a productive meeting on my laptop in the comfortable lobby. The staff was amazing, and a special thank you to Arda at the reception who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the great service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Great boutique hotel in a convenient and safe location near cafes, restaurants, and transportation. The lobby is great to work from and the rooms are comfortable and modern. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. Shoutout to Arda for going above and beyond when I needed help!

I went for the cafe, never knew there was a hotel or smth. Anyway, the breakfast was delicious and not overpriced, the Bazlama was juicy and not too heavy for a breakfast. The Meneman and the fries were just so right but i ordered a Flat White but they got me a Cappuccino! They were so lovely though and i enjoyed it💖💖

My husband and I are currently visiting Istanbul and stumbled across this lovely cafe within a 2 minute walk of our hotel. We both got the cheese omelet and it was so delicious!! Very reasonably priced at around 800 Turkish lira for the both of us. Everything even down to the honey and the butter were so fresh and tasted great. Definitely recommend for a quick bite in the morning

We’ve been in Istanbul for five days. This was the best breakfast—authentic Turkish breakfast recommended by a local. It’s on a super cute street under a canopy of umbrellas. We highly recommend!

Very loud on weekends, hard to sleep because of the music from bars around. Room is nice but they barely clean the rooms when you request it. Location is convenient if you don’t worry about the noise on weekends.
