I just got back from Istanbul and stayed at this hotel for 6 days. rooms: they get cleaned but only just, heating never worked. It was freezing there but only just a little sheet on the bed. personel: 90% of them don't speak a word English, the just smile and say yes yes there's wifi at the hotel but the personel just about consumes everything. took dinner 3 times in the restaurant there, 3 times they got it wrong, no problem if the food was any good but half of it came out of the microwave or was old. imagine my surprise when i saw that the locals who came to eath there all got great portions to eat and everything i saw looked nice and fresh. what a mindset to run a hotel. It wouldn't be a problem if the price was accordingly, but you pay prices that are asked in Western Europe even for the food and drink. they present themselves with 4 stars but i wouldn't even give them 2.

Awful, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff steal money and things. The manager does nothing. Cleaning ladies climbs on personal belongings. I have never seen such I have never somrthing like this anywhere . Disgusting attitude

I stayed at Milord Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey. While the property looked a bit different from the pictures online, it turned out to be a nice and comfortable place to stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. My room was clean, and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. It may not be exactly as pictured, but it offers good value and a pleasant stay for travelers looking for a cozy place in Istanbul.

This review is for the cafeteria of the hotel. Regarding the rooms for the hotel, I found them good but also relatively expensive for the size. The rooms are small. The coffee shop or bar is quite nice. You can sit there and caj-tea is only $1

There is a wall in front of the "window" and Air Conditioner with bad smell and a lot of noise by the window from the oposite house. It is noisy all the night...Just hear that noise in the video. You should buy yourself shower-hair gel because in 3 days thare was no gel. The food for breakfast was good-normal ..Economy room doesn't mean that should be terrible! ... I would avoid this Hotel in the future
