There was also no mention anywhere that the entire street was under construction and completely dug up. Our taxi couldn’t get anywhere near the hotel, and we had to carry all our luggage a long way. Upon arrival, a staff member did help us carry our suitcases, which we appreciated. However, during check-out, we had to manage everything ourselves without any assistance.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bed linen was not clean, the furniture was very dusty, and the curtains were dirty and stained.
Check-out was at 12:00, but we received a call at 12:03 asking why we hadn’t left yet, this felt unnecessarily rushed and impatient.
The location is relatively close to Taksim, but due to poor accessibility, misleading presentation, and the overall experience, we believe there are better hotel options in the area.
Very central. Unfortunately, taxis rarely come into the street. Otherwise, everything is great and clean.

Amazing apartments, definitely recommend. Very close to Taxim square and tram station. Only problem is the uphill of the road and stairs to get to the hotel. Fridge was a bit noisy in my spa
