Reviews
The small room size itself was expected and clearly stated in advance. However, the furniture layout is poorly designed and makes movement unnecessarily difficult. In particular, the large boxed TV takes up too much space and significantly limits mobility inside the room. The furniture is old, and some items appear worn and dirty.
Although breakfast offers some variety, the quality of the food is quite poor. The first floor of the hotel is under renovation, while the reception is located on the second floor. There is an elevator available, but the renovation work still makes the entrance area feel inconvenient and unfinished. A serious issue was housekeeping entering the room without knocking while we were inside, which is a major privacy concern. There are also occasional unpleasant smells in the hotel, and sometimes inside the room. In addition, COVID/quarantine notices are still displayed throughout the property, which makes the overall atmosphere feel outdated.
Overall, this hotel may be suitable for short stays where the main priority is location and exploring the city, but it is not an ideal choice for guests looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a modern environment.
They serve water pnly once in order to pay for it till your check out!
A special mention goes to Yunus at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived until the day we left. He welcomed us warmly, helped with our suitcases, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel is clean, smells fresh, and is in a great location — close to Vezneciler metro station and the tram line that runs easily to Eminönü.
The room was a little small, but that didn’t affect our experience at all. We felt very welcomed and really enjoyed our time here.
A decent location, but inside the hotel is a bit sullen, sort of gloomy.
As others have said, the staff are very polite, but a bit awkward.
Our room was very small. Had to keep opening and closing the suitcase to get to the bathroom.
Breakfast sort of ok.
