Yes room was good. Staff were courteous.
When i got to hotel i was told my booking had been cancelled. If i wanted a room i had to pay at the hotel which was more than what i was originally quoted.
Location of hotel was good. Near the metro tram and mamaray. Restaurants near by. Gulhane bazaar 2 min walk.

Close to Sirkeci Station. Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are within walking distance. The building is old but well maintained. The breakfast is reasonably priced. There was a slight smell from the taps. The staff were very friendly.

Staff made it enjoyable. Very friendly and polite. They kept my luggage in the lobby after the check out until it was the time to move to a different hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the tourist attractions in the old town. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very helpful.

I was allowed to use the hotel's cleaning laundry for 200 Turkish lira.

The 4-bed room was so small that we couldn’t place our suitcases properly. The bathroom light stopped working on the second day. We informed the hotel owner, but nothing was done. Only one side of the room had functioning power outlets. The bathroom door could not be locked. Breakfast had very limited options. The 2-star rating is quite literally accurate.

"Of course, my opinion varies depending on the price. However, overall, regardless of the low cost for accommodation and the included breakfast, it seemed that the room cleaning service was not properly maintained. Although the pillowcases and duvet covers appeared to have been changed, they were still visibly dirty and stained. The towels were the same. They seemed very old. The hotel's location is noteworthy and a significant advantage due to its proximity to the metro and bus, which deserves the highest rating."

As a foreigner, they treated us with the utmost respect. Tea was amazing and they gave us as much as we wanted. They even watched our bags for us while we were away on our last day of our trip. The room was fine and the shower and bathroom was nice. Got good sleep and the owners and workers were kind and friendly. Sat outside the hotel at night and drank tea all night talking and had no issues. The people were amazing. Genuinely would recommend.
